KEEP WAZE RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND!

I recommend that for daily use around town and navigation, Waze is hard to beat with real time re-routing and user reported speed traps, etc. But even if you using something else, such as Calimoto on trips away, you can keep the waze app open on your smart display and it will flash up speed traps, etc. This is what happened today whilst I was reviewing the Radarbot App!

How do you keep it open in the background? I believed that when you open an app it automatically shuts down any other app you opened before?
On a different note, how do you close any app you don’t want to run in the background then?

No it does not close automatically, it stays open in the background. To close an app completely, you need to go to your phone and close it - on iphone by swiping up.
