Great video !!! I’ve got a F850gsa with nav6 and I’m super tempted to get one of these but they don’t list my bike as supported. You would think this work with any BMW that has the nav5/6 bracket. Or am I missing something ? :)

A couple of things I do like about the W702, 1. I like how it is slightly closer to me so that I dont have to reach as far to the screen. 2. Carpuride customer service has been absolutely stellar! 3. It is important to use lock tight as on the mounting screws as they will come loose. This probably goes for the Ricoel. Another terrific video, Nadeem! Well done!

Is the 702b compatible with the Navigator VI cradle?

Any solution for the terrible audio when using the bt trans? Also it leaves your cardo's functionality useless, irresponsive buttons, etc

Hi Nadeem, just tried to do this, down loaded a bin file from the facebook site, opened the slot added the card and shows that it will update and then goes blank but when it restarts its still the same screen. What am i missing please

you have 32mm/1.25" bars...??? bracket should fit, there are a few different sized 'rubber spacers' to try! I have the N1 Pro on my Valkyrie using the thinnest 'rubber spacers'. maybe just put some 'black electrical tape' around the bar to protect it may help instead?? Shouldn't the red wire go to the battery so there is constant (low) power to the unit for its memory (date/time) etc??

This is a really helpful video. I got stuck trying to make the INNOVV app work. Thanks to Nick (@lifeisarideuk) who pointed me here. And who supplied my N1 Pro. Great service & advice. I use an Android phone (Samsung A34), and Viidure works well for me. But it does need Android Auto to be inactive, otherwise when you go through the Viidure procedure to connect a camera and select the 'normal' N1 Pro WiFi, Auto just closes the new connection and reinstates its own 'special' one. After which Viidure fails. Auto doesn't have a proper Disable setting, on my phone at least. And the N1 Pro always tries to start it. I found two ways to disable Auto to let Viidure in: 1. As soon as the N1 Pro wakes up, jump on the Interconnect button and switch to Apple Car. 2. Turn off Bluetooth on the phone. Either prevents Auto starting and enables Viidure to keep its WiFi connection running.

The display is excellent used with my iPhone and cardo. Connect iPhone to cardo only. However, the adapter needs some work as it is only secured with a single bolt and does not provide a stable attachment. The screw gets loose all the time.

I got mine last week. Still testing and trying that „guys“. I find the handling is not that good, the volume buttons are to small, to handle this very good with gloves.

Good advice. I have been using various methods from the strapping you recommend to simple 3-M stick mounting brackets and have never had a mis-hap. To be sure though I have a secondary attachment (3-M) with a lanyard to the camera so if the mount fails I'll save the camera.

I've purchased the Carpuride W702 and optional square mount for my Ducati Multistrada just finished riding to work the mount is quite stable now. one downside of the "square mount kit" would be the lack of bar sizes it will mount to, and it's made of plastic so maybe not for offroad riding but for $20 usd its quite good.

Hard to part with the Garmin isn't it? I was able to mount my W603B on the middle using the carpuride clamp mount. It's a similar size of the Innov.

If you move the BMW sat nav bracket along the bar to the left about 25 or 35mm, the handlebar/brake master cylinder does not interfere with the W702. There is the also the added benefit in the Android Auto display that the map, if set to to display for right hand drive cars, is on the centre line of the bike, straight in front of the rider.

My 702 arrived today. I have the BMW GSA Airhead 2010 and so just for info for others..you don't have the problem with the steering hitting left and right as it is higher up.. I had a few problems setting up initially with bluetooth wirless etc but now it seems ok. Time will tell but so far so good. Siri was working...but again as you say maybe intermittent. Lets see. Nice video bro.

You can add to that sun guard if you know a sheet metal fabricator. Paint it black and some gorilla glue and sw motech makes a bar back system that’s adjustable.

Thanks for that video Nadeem! I just bought the Carpuride W702B, and I’m not that happy with the concept of the connection to the BMW Navigation Cradle. It seems that the Ricoel C7 Smart has the better connection to the cradle.

How do you keep it open in the background? I believed that when you open an app it automatically shuts down any other app you opened before? On a different note, how do you close any app you don’t want to run in the background then? Keep up the good work!

Great simple explanation thanks Nadeem. Also would recommend disconnecting any existing connections your helmet or phone has with the tft on the BMW as I found this interferes with the connection.

Received my W702B today! Mount it on the original BMW bracket, everything worked perfect thanks to your tips and advices. The only concern I have is that it vibrates on the road and with the motorcycle engine. Any recommendations to improve this?

Too bad you're having bad luck - my friend and I have had great results with the same Packtalk Bold unit you have. Fidelity is so good that if we call each other at home, we never realize we're being called over the Cardo. On bike trips, we rarely have issues, typically only if on twisty roads and far apart, or if the battery is low. I've spoken with Cardo tech support over the years and they've been very helpful and patient. Certainly, one secret is to keep the Cardo updated to the latest firmware and phone software.

Is it mounted to the 12mm bar or are you using some sort of adapter onto the BMW cradle that brings it so close?

Very easy to follow and accomplish. If you have your Carpuride powered by a USB connector, you can do the programming at your desk. Plug the USB in at your computer! Thanks for the guidance and Suzuki file!

Do you see the tacho complete or is the range between 4 and 7 krpm hidden bij de carpuride?
