Excellent explanation.
I have been refilling the 1LB green propane bottles from my 20LB tank for over 30 years. I've been refilling the ISO cans for around 5 years. People that poo-poo the process are typically people that struggle with science. This is pretty basic stuff right here. The key is definitely chilling the receiving can! I chill my receiving cans a little more than you have shown here. But I tend to overdo everything. 😁

Thanks, agreed I chill a lot more than I showed there as well, I didn't have enough time to get it ad cold since liked... then it warmed up on me as I was filming 😁
