Why the screen shows me the applications only when I connect the phone with a cable, but with bluetooth not? Also, did you install that map on the screen which you are showing us from the beginning? Because on my toyota I don't have "map" option on the screen. Thank you

I have a kind request. In Poland I received CC in Premium Edition version (Full specs except JBL) . I don't have (and other users too) map view on gauges display IN THE MIDDLE. only turn by turn view inside a gauges. Have you any comment? I can clearly see that presented car is lower version trend without JBL. I heard rumors that middle map display is related to JBL system which has other than stock main control unit. Does it mean that in EU we have number of diiferent versions of CC One with JBL (central unit different than regular, web browser, additional speakers), preinstalled maps, ONe with JBL central ucit but without speakers (preinstalled maps, web browser, map displayed in the middle) and finally one without map in the middle , different central unit and maps in cloud with online upgrade? My dealer has no idea. Central Toyota support "investigates" problem. And one more REQUEST. My connected services works but in limited functionality. I can open close doors with up and turn on warning lights, A/C works one time per 20 attempts and heated seats and steering wheel aleays shows error. Dealer has no idea why. COuld you record a video with MYT app and connected services?

Hi guys. I am having a terrible problem and I am desperately looking for help. I write the story shortly. I bought a 2023 corolla sport 1.8 hybrid here (Cyprus) from a car dealer. They imported this car from Japan as a used car from auction. All was good with the car, until I needed to replace 12v battery. Now head unit is asking SECURITY LOCK PASSWORD which previous owner from Japan put on. Here I have asked authorized Toyota service and they said that they can not do anything because car is not European version but JDM. It has been a week I am struggling to find a solution from internet but no chance at all. Is there ANYBODY to help me about this problem? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

I think you need to make an account to Toyota in order to have it. They change the rules and now you better ask Toyota Dealer in your area

Yea it has a sim place the car from factory. You dont have to have phone connected but not sure for how long
