So I have this problem that i have to replace my right mirror in golf Mk4 1.9 TDI, but cables are shorter that this and are located in mirror's top left corner, are there different versions of right mirror?

Be careful not to brake the glass by pulling it too hard. I did it when trying to take out mirror the same way on VW Golf III.
Agree on this one. For removing and installing a new one, just remove the mirror cap, really easy to do and no brute force needed.
