Nano second is not 1x10 raise to the power 11. Nano second is 1/10 raise to the power 9. (i.e. 1/1000,000,000)

There is a error in the video. Thanks for bringing it up. A nano second is 1 x 10 to the power -9 and accuracy of atomic clock is 1 x 10 to the power -11 or 10 pico seconds.
