How to Connect IP Cameras to the Cloud

Hi, is it possible to use it to transfer the images of the ip camera on a server such as Microsoft Azure, to be able to view the images on a web page, without going through your application

Is the adapter a must?
Other cloud providers dont need you to have any adapter..just a subscription is enough
