@@tricianicolescott I was able to take out the wheel well cover and fog light. Inremoved all the bumper screws and tabs and finessed it in from the back side.
Hey sorry I didn’t see this comment, I believe there’s just clips holding the arches all along the side but I’m not sure how to take them off exact. In terms of fading I recommend trying “back to black trim restoration”. I think I’ve seen people use some type of ceramic coat to bring it back as well. Good luck!
Hi bro...Do you think its possible to install the new 2021 BMW X5M bumper on a normal 2021 X5 M50d??? The X5M bumper is beautiful and AGGRESSIVE LOOKING😍😍😍
I think it might be possible but it would require some modifications for sure. I haven’t seen a X5M and a non M side by side but I assume the M would be wider than a normal X5 just like the 3/4 series.
@@Drew_G82 I was lookin at both of em LIVE a few weeks ago...I believe the measurements are the same....its just that the X5M was given a full sport kit & engine
@@Drew_G82 Where did you get the black hi-gloss wrap material ? Also, any recommendations on black exhaust tips that can installed with cutting exhaust tips ?
Wrapped them up with two pieces instead of doing a single piece. It was too hard to do it without making a overlay. honestly it’ll take some time, took me about 2 hours
@@abdulyousuf1 I wrapped up pretty much all the silver trim there was, paint matched the rear diffuser, new black grilles, and etc. i would recommend taking off the fake exhaust tips and possibly add black quad tips for a more mean but subtle look to make it different from others. Also did a crystal i-drive swap for the knob and start/stop to give it a better refined look
Do you have any videos on taking off the piece behind trim?
Unfortunately I do not have any, I already sold the car as well
I have a hole in that black plastic piece behind the trim he removed in the video - curious how that part can be removed as well.

@@ericpraag9384 Are there screws, or is it just a 'pop-in' piece?
@@tricianicolescott It justs pops un from behind bumper.
Any idea on how to replace the entire cover with an M style?
Any idea on the rear bumper trim and wheel arch trim? Mine is fading.

May help if you show actually how you removed it , not just the before and after. In future .
Nice job 👌🏻👏🏻

Hey bro where did you purchase the black trim ?
What’s up man, I actually didn’t buy trim, I wrapped these pieces in gloss black since they don’t have any black aftermarket replacements

@@Drew_G82 any other mods you've done to the x5? I just picked up the x5 xline and want to black out some of this aluminum
