Gym Tip: If someone is using the machine and they're not in the middle of a set then ask them to work in - Ask to alternate and use the machine when they're in-between sets. I've done and had this courtesy done to me and in all cases the outcome has never led to "Do you want to step outside?". I was using a bench press the other day at my gym, just had a 30/45 sec break sitting on said bench and some impatient girl unloaded the bar taking a weight for her workout…This gym I’m going to has many weights and that particular weight was available in multiple locations in the area. Wow!I’m assuming she necked double the recommended dose of pre workout gear!! 😂
benches are no longer for chest training, they are for hipthrusts for bootybuilding whores, Monday use to be international chest day, now its international ass day, we have 5 benches, on mondays they are all taken by gym sluts for hipthrusts
When someone has their bag or a set of weight on a squat rack of bench but they’re not around, I usually put a 3 minute timer and wait to see if they come back. If they haven’t then I take over, you can’t just ghost hold workout equipment for forever.
Videos like these make me happy that I invested in my own equipment last year. I’m steadily getting more equipment as I go. I miss the camaraderie between me and the group of guys I used to train with. But I enjoy being able to focus on my workouts, and don’t have to be around dumb people that have no respect for the gym.
I have thrown so many juice heads out of the gym for acting up and being stupid it's unbelievable and yeah it's fun! I'm usually bigger than they are but acting up stupid makes everybody look bad!
U speak for the sheep 🐑 . Always gotta be extra just watch the videos. And stop trying to group everyone into your weird flock of stans and Sheeple. Like it subscribe whatever leave the brown nosing to yourself and the sheep that liked the comment
The one gym etiquette rule that constantly affects me is the amount of time between sets for free weights. There will be a group of people talking with 3-4 sets of weights (that I want) piled up between their benches. I've regularly been through 3-4 sets before they even use them. I might blow up and be a gym Karen if it keeps up.
Thanks for doing the dirty work and uncovering all this footage. Sadly, this kind of behavior is becoming much more common in so many gyms these days. Love your fun videos!
I’m not a gym guy. I don’t watch bodybuilding videos. I sometimes click on random videos as an experiment. I am thoroughly enjoying your videos. Your humor works despite my lack of knowledge about this subject matter and the fact that I clearly live in a different country. Nice work.
Laughing at that guy who was yelling at everyone to put their weights up.... I was in my gym and got frustrated and yelled like that guy did. NOBODY heard me. They had their earbuds and headphones on and they continued on like normal. My trainer laughed at me. I did feel better after venting, though.
@Rachel Forshee I made a deal with my trainer that I could get a discount if I put the weights and dumbells up. It was part of his job description, he hated it, so I did it for him.
All those people filming in the gym (with strangers within the frame) is such a plague. The last thing I would want while working out is visibility in footage that's about to go online...
I recently started going to the gym again due to working out at home with my own setup and it is really obvious how people try to show you up for no reason or act all tough. Even girls acting all smug and buff. Really weird, I just stare at my phone or tv screen, I am all about health mostly as I am in my late 30's and don't get this attitude still. Staying consistent with your health over 20 years is harder than it seems. Life changes and events occur that can keep you from working out such as injuries or work schedule. There is so many aspects to life you gotta stay humble through out.
I really screwed things up by starting at the gym in the cellphone era, I started lifting weights at home 12 years ago but until recently I go to my local gym, it's mind-blowing, people can't separate from their phones, even when working out, I use it for professional purposes (e-commerce) but still try to keep it apart when doing some exercise. It's a huge mental health issue for many people, they use it while doing cardio, standing on the machines, taking photos after working out, while resting between series, it's pure madness and I don't see any sign with will get better over time. The bigger issue is that addiction as become many people socially incompetent, more stressed and angry than ever so it isn't a coincidence those disturbing events happen more often EVERYWHERE.
Gym culture in the USA sucks man. I have never experienced anything like that ever. The only annoying thing is when people occupy different sorts of equipment to do super sets. However, I usually just ask them whether I can use them during their other set, or tell them that they simply cannot camp 3 machines. All of those people where quite considerate.
it's not just their gym cutlure........ they're very successfully transforming their country into the united states of karen and those idiots are even proud of it 😧
you dumbasses see one video of like 2 fucking people and go full soyjak LOOK, LOOK AT HOW BAD AMERICAN GYM CULTURE IS HURRRR! literally no one I've met in the gym acts like this, in America or outside of it. get a better perspective.
I'm in the US, and honestly, never have I. Though I admit most of these seem like commercial gyms with people who don't know how to train for strength sports, so maybe this is why. My gym is a small business with a ton of regulars, so if you go there a lot and talk to folks eventually you all become friends.
James, watching this video made me reeally have to use the techniques I learned during Anger Management training. 😂I've spent four years & counting learning MMA, I have anger issues, and watching this video made me absolutely 10000% ready for a fight. Whoooosaaaah
part of the abs you see here from the crazyabs girl is due to makeup. you can add subtle tones to your abs to make them pop more. it's something many female fitness models do in order to show them off more even when in bad lighting. she's currently in really bad lighting for showing tone as the light is almost horizontal when shes near her white wall drinking water. horizontal light = no ab definition unless you use something to darken around your muscles
I'm SO glad I lift in a quiet gym. No filming wannabe influencers. And also the lady is right with banging the barbells: when you're in a commercial gym, and you DL on a regular floor with no dampening: don't be a shit and drop the barbell. If you can't control the weight on the way down, don't do it like that. And good for Shaq he's working out, but I would've guessed that with his bball background, he would've had bigger calves!

I dunno Big Z uses it for his shoulder training. I trust him over youtube commentators
@@irfuel It depends, it does have its uses but the reason why it gets so much hate is because its easy to perform with awful and dangerous form making it very easy to hurt yourself. Its good for very early beginners to understand some movements but I think its far better to start learning movements without them as soon as you can.
@@DeaconPain Smith machine hate is poser hate.
Truly these gym outburst videos just illustrate how some people just REALLY want to be angry about SOMETHING. Anything. Anything at all.
Discovered your channel recently and I love your style of content. Witty, self-aware humour and scathing criticisms go hand in hand :)
if you watch for over a year .... your hairline will recede by 40% ... im sorry
Have been watching your content only for a couple of weeks now but I've binged watched and re-watched many of your videos cause they're just great ! I've learned so much about the fitness community thanks to you and did so while being greatly entertained. Hilarious content James, perfect for No Natty November !
He has some great stuff. I love all those natty people. 😂
Same here I have manged to watch about 90% of his stuff and upvoted all of it. The only downside to James channel is waiting for the next vid to drop.
Thanks for coming back I was really wanted another video from you and good luck with your move and everything in life right now
Social media videos, like the ones you have shown, are the reason I dont want to go to a public gym, and, instead workout at home.
When Karen started fussing about banging the barbells, he should have kept deadlifting, but started dropping the bar 🤣🤣
lol I saw the full video. After she left he deadlifted again and this time screamed “YOGA CLASS!!” 😂😂😂
@@jay-b1223 that is hilarious
James, thank you for always making me laugh 😂😂
Somehow seeing those gym Karen's and good roid rage videos are very entertaining to me. It makes me appreciate how friendly my gym is 🥰
Gym Karen’s? More like gym Keishas and Kenyons. Always blacks causing a problem
I have thrown so many juice heads out of the gym for acting up and being stupid it's unbelievable and yeah it's fun! I'm usually bigger than they are but acting up stupid makes everybody look bad!
Father James I speak on behalf of everyone, thank you for another upload 🙏
Yes💪
U speak for the sheep 🐑 . Always gotta be extra just watch the videos. And stop trying to group everyone into your weird flock of stans and Sheeple. Like it subscribe whatever leave the brown nosing to yourself and the sheep that liked the comment
Yarp 👍
“If they both step outside someone else might take the machine they’re fighting over” lol good point
Glad you showed that kindergartner what-for, thanks for keeping us safe
I’m not a gym guy. I don’t watch bodybuilding videos. I sometimes click on random videos as an experiment.
I am thoroughly enjoying your videos. Your humor works despite my lack of knowledge about this subject matter and the fact that I clearly live in a different country.
Nice work.
James, thank you so much for these videos. I always look forward to them, and you always make me laugh so hard, keep it up mate!!
Putting together a home gym. One of the best decissions of my life
watching your videos conforts me in my decision to work out at home!
Love the high brow humor and innuendo's. great content as always
I'll just play with my kettle bell. In my room.
"it takes you to the clinic, sorry" 😂😂😂
Did my homework, thanks for the lingerie try on haul assignment, truly inspiring
Your sense of humor gets me every time. Thanks for the laughs 😂
That intro was a classic.
quite the sense of humour you still have. I haven't watched your channel for a few years but you are still very unique and fun
and this is why I go to the gym at 2 AM and pretend I don’t speak English 😂
wake up babe new shredded sports science video
I like how all these extremely jacked guys are threatening to fight one another as if they can even reach back and scratch their own back.
They all looked like they'd been lifting a year or two natty, maybe intermediate level, just had the ego of an advanced lifter
Him reading that one dudes comment about muscles woman biceps killed me 😂
That bar would’ve hit the ground extra hard if I were deadlifting right there…😂
Or perhaps wait until her class starts and move right in front of her door 👍🏾😂
"But if your both gonna step outside then someone can sneak in and take the machine your fighting over" had me rollin - that was organic and clean 😂
I left the public gym for the home gym years ago and never looked back... the world has gone crazy!
All those people filming in the gym (with strangers within the frame) is such a plague. The last thing I would want while working out is visibility in footage that's about to go online...
Can confirm the obsess harness video is worth a watch
"It's fine miss, you are allowed to be annoyed at things"
I absolutley love your channel and the value it provides and think it is a sacred job you are doing so THANK YOU!
Hilarious tattoo placement on that “natural” 8 pack. Almost like it’s hiding scars of some kind
“But if you’re both going to step outside, someone could sneak in and take the machine you’re both fighting over”….superb.
I kinda want to own a gym now... bwaahaahaa, y'all have a badass day 🤘
I patiently wait for James’ uploads
I have roid rage. Usually when I am not in a gym and asleep.
Don't know why.
Seriously your videos are solid gold keep it up.
Wow, I can see why more and more people are investing in home gyms.
Love the vids James. You need to upload more frequent, im litterally waiting for these vids to come out. Keep it up! 🤓
Could you do an analysis on the supplement shaq is promoting? I'm curious as to wether it's actually any good
It’s not
Spoilers, it's not.
These videos honestly get me pumped to just go in my home gym, no cameras, no people, and just do my own thing.
Best fitness channel on youtube
Gym culture in the USA sucks man. I have never experienced anything like that ever. The only annoying thing is when people occupy different sorts of equipment to do super sets. However, I usually just ask them whether I can use them during their other set, or tell them that they simply cannot camp 3 machines. All of those people where quite considerate.
In Germany its all calm and respect, people ask nicely and everybody teaches themselves with respect… U.S. has problems 😂
it's not just their gym cutlure........ they're very successfully transforming their country into the united states of karen and those idiots are even proud of it 😧
you dumbasses see one video of like 2 fucking people and go full soyjak LOOK, LOOK AT HOW BAD AMERICAN GYM CULTURE IS HURRRR!
literally no one I've met in the gym acts like this, in America or outside of it. get a better perspective.
I've never seen anything like this in a US gym. This is far from the norm.
Those abs have to be fake right?
I liked the harness clip LOL.
People at gyms have gone insane post coof. Well even more insane, that's why I built a home gym.
I am now thankful more than ever for my home gym
there is so many people in this world we could live without ngl
I did the homework…
Was not disappointed
part of the abs you see here from the crazyabs girl is due to makeup. you can add subtle tones to your abs to make them pop more. it's something many female fitness models do in order to show them off more even when in bad lighting. she's currently in really bad lighting for showing tone as the light is almost horizontal when shes near her white wall drinking water. horizontal light = no ab definition unless you use something to darken around your muscles
Maybe... buuuuttt she definitely has ab implants lol
She had abdominal etching done
"He's doing skits, which can only mean one thing. He's selling supplements." 😂😂😂😂
Tell me you've never deadlifted without telling me you've never deadlifted.
Be sure to tell me that in my face when i bang my weights, we'll have a nice talk.
"if you can lift it up you can set it down." - mark rippetoe
If you can't sent 305 down gingerly you ain't as strong as you think
@@waitwhat901 nobody said "no noise", but there is tons of skinny crossfit assholes who basically throw them to the ground. and also it's still "when in rome" rules. If you're at a generic gym where you are the only one even doing DLs dont be the even more rare asshole to bang them. You aint a powerlifter, you aint the next crossfit champion.
Top quality as always!
I went over to the obsess harness thing you recommend... Thanks for that mate!
I JUST now found this channel, subscribed before it is half way done! This guy is HILARIOUS, easy to miss some humor if you aren’t paying close attention but I think I “lost it” five times and then had to hit the subscribe button! I hope the other videos are at the same level, thank you!

0:43 ayo it's NNN, we are watching you.
5:22 I’ve been binge-watching this channel all weekend, but this is the comment that broke me🤣🤣🤣
- Can you guys stop banging that bar bell?
- No, that's how it works.
I always look forward to your content. Super enjoyable!
The number of comments that _aren't_ Shredded Sports Science comments on the Scarlett Chase "Obsess" lingerie is small. I mean, they're present, but I had to watch her video twice before I scrolled down far enough to find one.
Lol @ expecting chumps at LA fitness to know how to rerack the weights
This is why I have my own fully equipped gym in my basement
Recently found your channel, genius bro, keep it up 🙌
Thankfully my gym never gets busy enough for such altercations to arise. Everyone there is nice, and I hardly see any phone use, which is how it should be.
Even flow playing in the background of the orange shorts guy video is everything
She deserved to get yelled at. These people filming in gyms act like they own the place and hold up the machines . I love that gyms are banning these influencers
"What's a creepers favourite kind of shoes?" She asks all the creeps that tuned in to watch her do a workout/look at her booty.
"HEY, YOU WANNA STEP OUTSIDE?!"
"Ok sure, but I got 4 more sets. You're gonna have to wait a few minutes."
Nice to see you back. Was wondering yesterday as the last upload's almost a month back.
