Google "bicycle freestyle". It's been around since the late 70's.
At 58, I am cringing at the memory of my many injuries as a child when I attempted some of these stunts and failed miserably. The worst was a fractured sternum. She does this so gracefully, but I wonder how many injuries and failed attempts preceded her mastery. Now that I think of it, probably very few. She obviously has talent. In my case, I was probably the clumsiest least talented at handling a bike beyond the basics. lol
I tried and failed for many years, myself. But I still learned enough to impress the kids on my block. I once rode my bike 3 miles to the local record store (Turtle's Record & Tapes) backwards... sitting on the handlebars.
The bike is built with a precision that on scale is a Ten when what we had was a Zero...makes all the difference....
@@StudioDaVeed this is a special bike for acrobatics, it runs forward and backward, its axes are very close etc.
Viola Brand is well known German cyclist, obviously she is amazing.
I never forgot this performance. I’m as amazed today as I was years ago.

One was a bike event as France has talent in cycling and cycling events.
Give it time. They've already added BMX. Freestyle is next. That's what we called it when we invented it back in the 80's 😉

Interesting! A lot of things she did were BMX freestyle tricks but some of it I've never seen before. I can see she has a specially designed bike for her performance. She's clearly strong, beautiful and talented. It was an amazing performance.
