JOURNAL ENTRY 5/15-16/17 THE BAHAMAS
It's hard to believe that our time here in The Bahamas on our Epic Sailing Adventure has come to an end. Words truly can not express how incredibly fortunate we are to have had the opportunity to live life to the fullest in such a unique way. We have truly enjoyed living aboard Turtle for the past 5 1/2 years and are going to miss it tremendously!
In this episode we say goodbye to The Bahamas as we sail into the sunset making our way back across the Gulf Stream to Florida.

We still have a couple more videos to post of us trying to sell Turtle once we got back to Florida, but after that it's done. We really want to continue sharing our life's adventures with everyone as much as we are able to. We are currently working towards our next goals and are off to a good start so far. We have plans of owning and sailing on another boat in the future and can't wait to share that adventure with everyone when the time comes. @@SailingTurtleJust removed our old broken diesel engine from our 24 foot Eastward Ho. What a feat! So excited to move onward but still have full time job and a house to sell. I am videoing everything and hope to document here on youtube. She's a great boat but needs so much TLC. Thanks for reply and good luck.
To late but you should have gone down to Port Lucaya near Freeport. If they are still there after the storm they had some good food for not bad prices. The dive shop had a great menu and food.
