This is really lovely...really chef like but instead of trimming off the ends fold the rolled dough about four times and cut...no waste. That bolognese is magnificent. Thanks much and keep up the 'relateableness'

@@eatahfood yes, in fact I tried one of your recipes already - the cheese paste it was great, some were like how can you put mustard in cheese paste, I was a bit skeptical myself but when I tried it was wonderful ❤️
I tried homemade pasta a couple years ago (lasagna). I got layers of ricotta and sauce with dumpling 😭😭 NEVER AGAIN. I recently bought a pasta roller to try it again so hopefully that'll yield better results.
