I like how they always put how to cook in the title but they never actually show us how to cook it.
This wasn't clear enough to you? All that's missing is the exact quantities of things, but the items used are pretty basic. Just search up how to make a bechamel sauce separately and add bacon to your liking. It doesn't matter how much egg you prepare because you just need a quick soak and the batter can be made however you want it. It's a pretty flexible thing.
Actually, he tried to make Spanish croquetas but modified the version because we never use the piping bag or put the dough in the freezer. We let the dough cool down in the fridge for about 5h when put into a flat dish and then we shape each one individually with a spoon. We put salt, pepper and nutmeg in the dough, never egg like that and we don't put Parmesan in the breadcrumbs. I would like to try them as it's my favorite dish but this has a different touch. You can fill it with many different things, not just jamón. Overall 7/10

realistically the egg is kinda unnecessary so you can just drop that and th ham can just be anything you want. mushrooms, different veggies diced into cubes, meat substitutes. but if youre making it with shrooms or something like that cook it almost all the way in a different pan and then add it in, just make sure its not super oily
