I feel like the filling resembles a bit too much like society... One way or another, people with power always find ways to add too much problems (fillings) into their country (dough). This video describes it perfectly because you can see that there are countries (finished meal) that contain more problems (filling) like the US and there are some other where you can blatantly see that they had less problems (filling) just like Finland or Norway.

Most Asian foods are low in calories and fats so they can’t really get fat unless they eat a lot.

@@cjisslime well their genetic make up makes it easy for then to stay skinny, but the type of food they eat also plays a role as most of their food are low in calories, but their Gene is what really contributes to their weight..I can eat a lot of high calorie food but I still won't really gain weight, like I can't get chubby..I might gain a little weight when I eat those kinda food for long but not enough to make me look chubby. That's just genetic..mean while I know of alot of people who are always on diets and workout programs but it still so difficult for then to lose weight, even if they do, they don't really need to eat alot of food before it comes back.
It's basically on their genetics that they are so slim and skinny
The easy way: Eat a little with vegetables away from fatty food.
I cannot agree that the shape of Korean is derived from genetics because many young Koreans make tremendous efforts to maintain their body shape. If you watched the young girl's endeavor for cosmetic, health and even social gaze, might feel quite scared.

That's just a yeast dough with filling, you can make these at home.

Those look absolutely delicious. My goodness. So many varieties. I think if an enterprising Korean cook decided to open an identical operation here in the U.S., it would be fantastically successful. My opinion only, but based on personal experience and how i know most lazy Americans think. they are tired of "standard fare." This would go over big -- no doubt in my mind.

The outside is like fried bread, There's a variety of stuff inside, but You'll be able to experience it like sweet red beans, spicy chicken, and dumplings etc. Bread is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Try it when you come to Korea. You won't regret it🥰

@@christalcorona3594 Potato croquettes are the most common. Their filings are mashed potatoes with various veggies and ham or bacon. Some people like to add curry powder in it. They're so yum!:)
