I'm getting ready to. Apparently the Pex connectors on mine are frozen, every time I try to unscrew the coupling the Pex twists. I'm here just checking to see if that is normal or if they should spin freely.
Best UA-cam instructional video I've ever seen because it clearly shows all steps, and the camera is positioned to very clearly show everything. Also very useful installation tips. And the comparison between the original faucet and the replacement shows big improvement.
flush the toilet, or open the bathtub faucet - anything that is a lower point than the sink to finish draining the sink lines. Or you can use the low-point drain under the trailer but then you get a ton of air in the lines.
Excellent video and great on the step by step process and great visual. Only thing had to use adjustable channel locks to unlock the faucet. Thanks for great video.
I’m about to upgrade my facets as well… 2010 cameo 35’ fifth wheel. Bathroom drips, kitchen leaks when turned on. It just needs an upgrade. Thank you for noting the issues with pressure and issues with rv installed faucets! Mine was too short as well in the bathroom and the kitchen one didn’t have a pull out spray for dishes 🙏🏼
I think im going crazy. In the video it looks like when you removed hot and cold lines it looked to be left hand thread. I know it should not he this way. Can you confirm is this all right hand threads? Thanks. I appreciate the time you took to make this video.
Biggest problem I had was having access to the connectors. On my Prowler the toilet was in the way, so I was able to come in from a gap in the storage side of sink. If you have large hands it's a pain.
We are getting ready to do the kitchen faucet next. It's been in the RV in a box for several weeks.. just tryin to find the time. Upgrading is so much better in an RV.
Help! Mine is leaking under the sink on cold side. I tightened up the bottom , tryed again , now I see that water is leaking from higher So sink handle? I tore it apart. So can I just buy the washer and spring thing? Thanks for any help. Ft RV chick
Typically you can just unhook from city water connection or turn off the 12v pump if using tank holder water. Then bleed water from the line by turning on the sink before starting to work. There should be a shut off valve if using the tank..Ours is outside by the pump. They are all in different locations.
I have not found a shut off either inside on either side of the waterpump or at the out house at the fresh water tank. ?? Outside makes no sense did you just tutn it off outside me you opened the drain outside and dump your water supply?
Has anyone else replaced their RV faucet?

Excellent camera angles behind the sink, saved the crawling on the back in such a tight space. Nice video

Great video. I like how you didn’t fast forward through any of it. Thanks!

Thanks for your comment. We love the new faucet and you will too👍
This makes me want to replace all of the cheap sinks in our camper haha
We would have kept the old one if it wasn't leaking around the bottom, but love the change. Thanks 4 watching!🤠👍

You're not going crazy, its all standard threads. Our camera reversed the picture. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for.pointing that out.
Glad I found your video! Looks super easy. I hate the little faucet in my Rv bathroom. Going to change out the kitchen faucet too!
It's a nice upgrade 👍
Installing mine this weekend. Thanks for the in depth video!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
We love our new one! So much better.
Thanks will need to change out my Bathroom Faucet. Just needed info. Happy Trails
Not too hard. We are getting ready to do our kitchen sink next. Good luck and thanks for your comment. 👍
Thanks for the video! This was just what I needed!

Life saver!
Nice video! You make it look easy.
Thanks! It was an easy install and great upgrade.
We replaced Kitchen Faucet and Bath shower. But not the bathroom faucet. Always good to upgrade the less quality hardware in most RV's.

Boogering threads 🧵 ☺️

You're prob better off just getting a new faucet. You'll be happier.
Very KewL got issue w/ kitchen sink and same kinda material made w/ the old faucet set you replaced...lite weight and made from plastic 🙄
How do you shut off the water supply? I can’t find it on my forest River Lexington GTS 2010

Sir I have a question about your old faucet - is it possible to remove just the cold water handle?
Not sure about that...some models might have that option.

Your wing nuts came off super easy. I still can’t get mine off
Put a wrench on it and keep trying 👍
@@RVBarndominium if only I could get a wrench on it. I’m gonna have to cut it off it looks like. Gonna be fun
That sucks!
Stick it in 😂
