The fact that this video gets 118k views while the "Nyan Cat" video has 549k reassures me that i will be very wealthy.

"I feel like I can learn from them". Wow! You feel it? What exactly is that emotion or physical sensation?
Yes, everyone should learn to work smarter, not harder. However, keep in mind that not all employees have control of their work environment. They're the ones that get delegated to, who aren't in a position to delegate to others. So, maybe you can come up with something for them (e.g., the people down on the factory floor, the support staff working in the office, the cleaning staff, and so on).
From my own experience (having been in the military), I hated delegating tasks when I was in supervisory positions (in fact, I hated being in supervisory positions; but, I didn't have much of a choice in the matter). I was used to working independently and doing everything myself; so, when I actually had to supervise other people, I really hated it and found it hard to let go of a lot of things. I'm much more the "give me my work (though often that included being a self-starter), go away, and leave me alone; I'll let you know when I'm finished" kind of person.
I'm going to use your video for my university students.

Wish l had this information when l first became a manager, the only advice l was given was "..learn to juggle! ". All you would learn at first is the failure of dropping balls!.
