I can totally relate with the "Not-to-do Lists" which pretty much is a form of "self-control" which has proven to affect all aspects of life, including but not limited to conscious decision making which requires mental bandwidth to yield results.
So here is my Not-to-Do List as I am starting my day:
Waking up --> Do NOT check your mobile phone unless its urgent
Woken up --> Do NOT turn on the screen or laptop unless its work related
Breakfast --> Do NOT use any sweeteners / taste enhancers

    Hi Jim Kwik,
I'm 29 years old. I'm facing a memory issue from childhood.
I am not able to remember numbers, places, my favourite movie, everything.
When I asked about this to some people and a memory coach, they told me it would come through practice, but I realised practise also needed memory to do that.
I attended many memory master classes with different coaches.
They teach visualisation techniques, sleeping routines, speed reading, all the brain exercises, a food plan, and lots of different kinds of techniques.
But it's not working for me; others, however, easily get benefits from online webinars. How others are able to easily do that, but I cannot.
I observed everything with full concentration and recall and took notes, which also did not help me because it takes a long time to remember, practice, and execute.
My elder brother is not taking any food style, any sleeping pattern, any exercise-he can easily remember everything that happens in his life. He is like a memory champion. He did so without effort to remember. Not my brother only most of the guys also having good memory in my family. colleague and in my surroundings except me
I don't like to compare myself to others or underestimate myself.
I don't know what to do. How to achieve my memory power
Please help me solve my problem.
It is getting difficult to survive in this competitive world.
    Should I consult a doctor?
    Or else
should be worked through to do brain exercises?
    Or any other solution
Please help me by giving your valuable opinion.
    Thanks
I am eagerly waiting to see your reply.

💡 One thing on my No-to-Do list is to avoid doing laundry during my workday. Green time is for working with clients and finishing my studies. I distract myself when thinking about the next load of laundry…. I should wait until after making all my sales calls to do this. And I must hire help to do mundane chores. Too much distraction with that.
