      Fabio looked at the Highlanders surrounding him. He looked around, all his friends retreating. He felt a sense of desperation. He reflected on life. He remembered his father saying, "Remember Fabio, if anyone ever a-make you angry, you imagine them putting pineapple on a-pizzeria!" That was it. He felt angry. With a mighty robust war cry, "VIVA ITALIA!" he stepped forth into the Highlander's bayonets. "AAA!!!!!!" he shouted. He would not let his enemies touch his home. He fiercely fought, as bayonet rang on bayonet, he held off 50 Highlanders.
      Suddenly a Scottish man towered over Fabio. "FER BONNIE SCOTLAND!" he yelled as he pushed Fabio to the ground. Fabio's head rang as he lay there. He yelled and thrust upward. The Scottish man, since he was not wearing a kilt, to a bayonet to his balls. Fabio got up and ran.

    Pixelated apollo: look at that horse

  • @TheGamingHive
    @TheGamingHive 3 роки тому +1

    @Pixelated Apollo in one battle, we were massacred on the battlefield, and were forced to retreat with what troops we had left to better positions. Our troops were exhausted, and heavily depleted. The largest units we still had were a maximum of 60 men. There was only about 500 of us left. The enemy, playing as the French, even after the beginning battle was over, had over 5000 men left between them. We retreated to a small town on the outskirts of the map, taking losses as we ran. The town was surrounded by dirt mounds, tall enough to provide cover. We set up behind the mounds and waited for the coming onslaught. Due to the few of us left, the micromanagement had been reduced significantly, allowing orders to be given swiftly to my allies. We were already low on ammunition, so we decided to hold our fire until they came over the mounds, our small fortresses walls. As we settled in, we began to hear the distant sound of drums, and the rumble of thousands of enemy troops marching on our positions. The enemy began to cross the mounds, and we opened fire, cutting down row after row as they climbed into our town. My allies were skeptical of our chances of victory. I focused on issuing orders and defeating the enemy. They came in waves, and we defeated each one. The combat devolving into a desperate fistfight at times. And each time we fought them off. One of my allies had been cut off from our retreat early on, and had been holding a large portion of the enemy at a farmhouse far away from us, which is what caused the “waves”. Now, you may be wondering, why am I telling you this in UA-cam chat, instead of sending you the replay. Here is why, just as the third and final wave was upon us, my computer could no longer take the strain, and gave me a blue screen of death.

    Italy was an ally of France during the Napoleonic wars, but it's more complicated than that. There was a kingdom of Italy, with one of Napoleon's brothers as king, and a kingdom of Naples, with Murat as king. Italy wouldn't be a unified state until the 1860s, in part with help from the less famous Napoleon 3d.

    21:23 Giuseppe Garibaldi is the one famous for uniting Italy during the unification wars of the 1850s and 60s haha but Napoleon was allied with the Kingdom of Naples I think?

    The Vistula Legion is definitely a cool faction! Napoleon got a lot of support from the Poles for liberating them from Russian and Austrian rule. The Vistula Legion marched with him to Moscow-and unfortunately got decimated as a result, of course.

    There were tons of scottish and irish units in the Napoleonic british military...they're actually really interesting units... especially the highlanders

      Well exactly. It was the British army and not the English army after all.

    nickname for the "Legion de Vistula" is the lemonade legion because their line infantry has a lot of yellow on their uniforms.

    Someone loses their unprotected arty every single time FFS! 🙄🧐 Apart from that, great video and well played to the British armies.

    Me & my friend did kinda what they did with the generals, we lined up all of our armies like 2 metres from each other to get a stare down in medieval 2 & then just walked forward

    I love Ntw 3 but I did once have an embarrassing 3v3 loss where the enemy where all using the same faction and when we found them we noticed there where not as many units but just thought they probably holding them back we where wrong 1 of the enemy armies went around us and set their arty up behind us and all their units and my friends and I panicked and couldn't maneuver our troops fast enough and it ended up with us loosing soo badly but it was also funny cause we would never of thought an army could move fast enough to get around us but they used the roads which speeds your units up a bit and even though we had the stronger armies we lost cause of that one move.
