If you are not at all in these things...
Better visit service centre and get your device's software flashed for Rs 200 (approx.)(Sony charges this much and I think they should charge nearby this)
If you still face the same ... They wouldn't have flashed the device...
They would have factory resetted the device in the name of flashing.... I have seen such things in service centre where they do so to earn money and don't enlist the charge sheet to the system....😋😋😋😋
