Egg And Luncheon Meat Sandwich Recipe | Easy SPAM Sandwich

As a teenager with 2 working parents, I would come home to an empty house. Egg And Luncheon Meat Sandwich is one of my regular lunch recipe. I must have eaten hundreds of this sandwich so far. And I still make this to this day.
Ingredients:
2 slices luncheon meat (SPAM)
2 slices, sandwich bread
1 egg
2 tsp ketchup
2 tsp mayonnaise
Optional:
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Red chillies
