@@Benyx Maybe not but that physique is definitely obtained naturally. Some guys in my gym have similar physique and they are hardly affording whey protein, forget about gears.
Maybe people in rich countries have easy access to steroids and that made you think everyone is on gear but not everyone man.

I must say though that I judged 102 to have the best posing: his overhead victory pose had me going "OOOOOOOOH!" 🔥 This is beautiful bodybuilding. Respect to everyone on that stage.

Great physique indeed ....I have to say hes got the same physique as mine .I was laughing as it was like watching one of my comps videos:) ..posing also great. Iam not sure how tall he is , bodyweight etc...iam 5ft 11 1/2 and after 37 years competing 240 pounds off season , 212 pounds 5 years ago on stage ..It will be interesting to see how he progress.. well done

The 5th place should of been swapped with 3rd imo because 105 definitely was not the worst. They need to fire some of the judges in these competitions.

Cool to see "natty" comps, the guys looked great. I did not agree with 1st and 2nd though. 102 was more symmetrical and had the better shape. 39 won because he was bigger, but his shoulders were lacking in comparison to the rest of his frame. That being said he was still very impressive and reminded me of Arnold back in the day. If 105 had been dryer he would have placed top 3 no problem. Its a hard game to manage.
it's hard at times to judge but Logan was a true winner there ....great physique ,shape , condition and his ability to pose well got him the first place ..He was taller also so he looked bigger but he wasn't that big. Great structure , insertions etc...

So are these guys 100 percent natural for sure? If so, natural bodybuilding seems great. I started bodybuilding recently but didn't think this kind of physique were achievable naturally.
They're natty. You can see from their legs which look normal. Steroid bodybuilder will have godzilla legs (very huge quads & hamstring).
This may be natty but less than like 3 percent of ppl can achieve this

It will take years to get this type of body naturaly.With steroids or LGD,MK,you will acheieve these typr of body within months

This shows if you work hard u can have a great physic and it will take time but with correct eating and training and positivity u can have a great physic, and even if u fall short of what you are seeing here it is ok as most of these men are gifted genetically also so they will still be better than 95 percent of the human population

These guys look fantastic and healthy. All bodybuilding should embrace this spirit. There should be no such category as "natural". It should be THE standard, THE only category. Anything else is unnatural, illegal, extremely harmful, and should be banned and prosecuted. Modern professional "bodybuilding", with all its illegal PEDs, is an utter disgrace and abomination.
Wow man amazing and absolute crazy hard work! Who needs steroids when you can get a body like this with a good workout and healthy diet. True it will take longer. But the reward is going to benefit you mentally physically and emotionally at the end.

I've seen many natural people much more built and lean than these guys, but it takes a specific mentality to do this sport. Hard workers tend to beat the talents. I only lift for stress management lol.

Hey thanks a lot man! I’m 6’1 and weighed 195 on stage. I’ve only used InBody scales to measure and they’re not accurate for me! Any recommended methods??
@@logyfoote my friend has one of those Omron hand-held bodyfat machines. I have used that and the bodyfat skinfold method. Both the results from these methods came up similar. I don't compete or diet but have gotten my bodyfat as low as 8.5%. Now I am just trying to up my lean body mass. I am 5"11 and 180 and would really like to get to 190 within the next 6 months while maintaining a low bodyfat.

The guy who got 5th place was impressive. I dont understand how the others placed higher than he did, with the exception of the winner, i thought he would either win or get 2nd place because he was surely, big, cut, and taller than the others which helps. But that 5th place guy was very cut and big, you cant tell me the 4th or 3rd place guys were better than he was.

All of the judges votes are simply a matter of opinion. All the bodybuilder competitions are just based on opinion.
