All these complainers about the drilling portion. I’m glad you left it all in the video, Draco trunnions can be VERY tough to drill through. It’s important for the everyday joe to understand this nuance before they think drilling into their Draco will be a cake walk... it’s not very difficult but it will take some effort
@CupidChud I havent had a chance all summer to even shoot my micro let alone- get to that. I bought all the shit like a month after this I'll get it in next weekend and then post the video
Guess I could've mentioned that I will be doing it on a CNC machine though. Either way, carbide will blow straight through that. But trying to drill with a solid carbide bit by hand is a pita, because if you can't hold the drill dead straight, the carbide's so hard it will snap.
I think a better option if you are going to drill a hole in the rear for this one brace, would be drill a hole(s) for a 1913 Pic rail. Then you have the option to add on many different braces and stocks including this one.
@@reverendblkgrape1 what I’m saying is this is just a overall better design what other pic attatched brace can you name that handles the AK pistol well because the last offerings we’re just straight up trash and rubbery and flimsy, sba3 is the only good brace on the market besides this one, and it mounts directly to the rear trunnion versus attaching it to a pic rail which just makes another potential failure point if that pic rail comes loose which many report it does.
The pic rail option is not as strong and adds one more thing to come loose. The only thing I would add to this video would be to clean the nut and bolt and use a thread locker to the threads.

instead of drilling, just add the adapter that that forks into the pistol grip. I believe SB tactical sells them. all that drilling just creates an unnecessary hole in your gun.
A brace & stock aren’t distinguished by material. Most braces are reviewed by atf before they’re available for purchase insuring the legality. I’m assuming cnc/bonesteel went through the proper channels to sell this product. So no tax stamp necessary
