What is great about these videos. There's no horrible pointless background music. So peaceful to watch and enjoy the natural sound of whats happening.
True indeed
Do you really not know how to spell peaceful?
But that poor pot at the end. What did the pot do? You executed a cooking pot without a blindfold...Terrible.
Peaceful*
what's not great is he purposely destroys the firearms for content
Gotta love those old, Soviet era P-Mags.
moe soviet mag lol
is this sarcastic or do you really think pmags are that old? real shame to see someone destroy a weapon for a video.
@@Sacrifice117 definitely sarcasm. I don’t like any of these weapon demolition channels. Annoys me that the algorithm lumps them in with informative firearm content.
@@ndub5781 Yet here you are, interacting with it and even commenting. If you don't want to see more of this stuff, steer clear of interacting with these videos.

Yeah best part, you shot it in the end. Glad I watched the whole thing, I was like...black paint on the wood? But then, the golden paint emerges and it all made sense. Very nice!
thanks for the tutorial! will use this next time i go down to my local river
As a gun guy, I noticed you ditched the paper clip retaining pin and upgraded it with a real one. Cherry on top for me. One thing missing, rear sight aperture.
We’re all gun guys that’s why we’re here

SO satisfying that you actually shot it and not just showed in in slo mo. Thanks for that! Thumbs up for sure.
Remember that the Lord Jesus Christ died on a cross for you because He loves you so much. He then rose up from the dead three days later
The Ten Commandments are called the moral law, (most of us are lying thieving blasphemous adulterer at heart and deserve hell) you and I broke the law, Jesus paid the fine. That’s what happened on that cross.
By believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose up from the dead 3 days later and not just confessing your sin, but also repenting of all sin you have done and putting all your trust in Him in prayer, He will grant you everlasting life as a free Gift.
@@dove3853 Well Dove. I am already a believer and of course not worthy of the Father's unconditional love...but I know my place on Earth and my place with God. So thank you. :)
It really is
@dove3853 In what way does your comment have any bearing on his comment or this video though?
@matthewanthony4269 just bots, that's how the lord spreads his message now
Ficou muito top essa restauração! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Bro had fun at the end, I love these videos they make me happy Keep up the good work!! and so peaceful to watch
Next time, for removing rounds from a mag, remove the baseplate and then they will just drop out the bottom once you pull the spring/follower out. Then you won’t be pushing near the primer. Just an additional layer of safety.
@@MrOtistetrax that’s what I thought! Aaaaarrrrgh!
@@MrOtistetraxyeah, gotta be careful with a couple decades old wet gunpowder, never know when slowly sliding them out, with no where near the force of an active pin, when one may pop off
@@ChrisSmith-5655 You’re right. Probably no need to be careful with live ammo.
@@MrOtistetrax he WAS being careful. This guy isnt some retarded dumbass. He's a professional who's skill is likely highly sought after in the restoration world. He probably has more knowledge about old guns/ammo than anyone commenting ever will
Good to know, thanks
Oh you just stumbled upon an ancient AK-47 which happened to be loaded with a modern extended P MAG? Very believable
Was prob in a river rapid corrosion can happen like that
@Anon206 no lol he just took a gun and "corroded" it and then cleaned it up. It's satisfying to watch so whatever but it's also dishonest
Century arms first imported these in 2014 and honestly this 1 was probably in working order. Had he put fresh rounds in that mag I bet it would have cycled. Might have been sticky on the first few rounds but after that I think it would have been fine
@@1badombre82The action looked seized up. After the WD 40 I believe it would've fired without any further oil or cleaning.
no where does it say he found this.... how is it dishonest if there isnt a lie told lmao
sick resto. love that you actually prove it works too.
I love ❤ your videos dude,,,extremely relaxing!
keep 'em comin!
you do great work 🍻
6:34 That screwdriver pushing against the back of the cartridge made a lot of us wince.
*primer
Really though that thing is pretty much just the firing pin. Not responsible AT ALL.
What do you mean by this? Genuinely asking
@@razorkid456 there is a small primer at the back of the casing that explodes with heavy impact. pressing screwdriver into primer while bullet is aimed at your hand = very unfun time
@@pabloveloso5790 ... which is at the back of the cartridge.
Watching you push those rounds out with the screwdriver almost made my head explode
Ikr, either they are too old and nasty to fire or he is the luckiest man on earth and those bullets are incredibly dangerous
My bruh 💀 does he know how bullets work
that screwdriver has nowhere near enough force to detonate one of those rounds. he is not ramming the screwdriver into the back of the round. he is using it to pry the rounds loose.
@@TiocfaidhArLa34 still it’s not the wisest idea to do that
@@triggerfish4744 how else do you plan on getting them out?

Great video, can't wait for part2. Restoring bucket with many holes!
What i love about these videos is how everything comes off and then back in into the same place has before
This was a joyful video, thank you.
What i just witnessed you do was priceless..salute!
As with most of such videos, it seems the gun has never degraded in a first place, but was rather made to look like one for a video)
Bingo
Yep, wondered how many days it soaked in salt water out of the box to simulate wear.
The wood, the springs, and the firing pin were still excellent.
Still informative, but not truly representative of ignored flood damage or a lake find.
@@joenunya8449 As always the first give away is there is zero pitting, any long term water damage will cause this.
Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if this entire channel was just a deep state honeypot trying to lure gun enthusiasts so they can make a target list for future raids when they come to take our guns away.
It's sad I had to go this far down to find this comment.
Just beautiful work. Well done !
Bingo on the color!!! amazing work!! ❤
Thank you for the video, it was beautiful👏🏼👏🏼
I love that it's a quiet video with no music in the background
Good job👍👍👍💯
Yes
I love the way you presented this information. It was clear, concise, and easy to understand.
I was never really a fan of gold painted ak's but you pulled that off really good, I actually love it haha. You did a fantastic job 🙂
ничего он не делал видео подделка!
it is not ak it is застава М85
@@yiusingcheung4572 I was just using the colloquial name for it. It is an AK variant either way.
My guy this was sick. Great video!!! 👍👍
The word satisfying falls completely short. Best vid yet! 👌
that is like 100-200 years of oxygen rust which is impossible for a gun that is only 20-30 years old. You clearly soaked it in a corrosive chemical in order to clean it for this video. Its even on the armstrap of the gun which is not even supposed to rust lol.
Oh thanks bro
🤓
either way the video took a ton of time to make
Ok but who cares? Thats not the point of the video. Its to demonstrate the cleaning process of removing rust off a weapon. The creator never stated that the ak was not purposely rusted for this video, so please shut up
Парень...такое оружие само не ржавеет никак.ты прождешь лет 30-40 а оно целое.
That was very satisfying to watch !
Very nice!! black and gold looks awesome on it
i'd love to see brandon harrera's reaction to this
been watching your restoration videos a long time gj again
From beginning to end 🔥🔥🔥
Can't have been that old with a P-Mag in it
Lol true
who said it was old?
With SAW-Style pistol grip
Its 31 years old gun
I find these ALL the time and they are EASY to restore.
I enjoyed the restore. I wasn't a fan of the color scheme but I liked the finished project over all and it just worked so smoothly. Good Job
This is the most therapeutic video I’ve ever watched. Amazing job.
Very therapeutic
Get a life for god's sake
Great example of why many nations still to this day chose the AK platform, Simple, easy to work on, and for the most part indestructible
Love watching these they are so satisfying
Very satisfying video. I will say that I highly recommend PB blaster penetrating oil for breaking loose rusted steel. It'll take rust off a chrome hitch. Best stuff out there. Far suppress wd40.
My fellow blaster friend! Good to see real men still exist!! Lol
That pot didn't stand a chance! Nice work, very neat project.
I loved this video great restoration..
As a GOLDEN Ak47 this was very nice to see someone treat us like this
Look like it was buried somewhere
Great job bringing it back

Now restore the pot at the end.

this was really satisfying to watch bruh
This video came on feed randomly & I want to say this was so therapeutic to watch. I’m a young gun owner still learning but to see this was great. My first time watching your video. Had to sub !
There's no way that barrel came right out of that trunnion without a press.
It came out smoother than a baby's ass
It's a scripted video 😂
Probably skipped thru it
Dude did you not know that wd40 will make it pop out like that? I tried it on 7 of mine... psl, rpk, ak47/74 saiga223.. gave them a good spray down and now I can quick change barrels... sheeet dog I got my rpk heavy barrel in my pap92. Just spray some wd40 on the trunion and they'll pop right out.
@@addy.is.live1 literally no script hahaha
Thank you very much for a nice video. It was very interesting!
I can't believe you cleaned the bullets! LOL!
Amazing restoration, very calming to watch your craft
With that type of magazine you don't have to push the cartridge down at the front and slide to the rear. You can just push straight down on top and they will go in easily. Great video!
You can do that with all AK mags. Though, that generation of PMag does not have reinforced feed lips. Therefore, the way he is doing it reduces the stress on those plastic parts. His way is just different, not wrong, and actually probably better for that particular magazine.
Probably one of the best videos I've ever seen in my life.
i’m not even into guns but this was satisfying to watch on my break
Me gustó,su mecanismo simple y detallado sin olvidar la exquisita restauración digna de una Kalashnikov, gracias por compartirlo saludos 💯

I restored one a few years back, you made it look quite easy to take the barrel out haha, anyways for those that don’t know, you would need a press to take out the barrel. Anyways amazing work!

Yeah but he was working with a ak from iraq they like to recreate ak 47 type ones alot
@@LilRicky1 This is a Yugo AK, not from Iraq

I have a lot of questions. Firstly why blur the bcg? There's nothing there to hide. I want Brandon Herrera to go over this. I saw a lot of questionable stuff on I believe a deagle, or mac10? This whole "restoring" guns thing is fish af to me. I let this run long enough to post this, I hope you like this comment just as you did the last one and then pull your like.
Edit: lmfao that barrel was that easy to get out? Just a little bit of wd40 and a good tug? Lol

Excellent work 👏 and to see you test fire this was a joy to see, you sir are a restoration specialist thank you for making this video ❤😊
You did an amazing job. I was seriously impressed with the way you restored this firearm. Great job! If I were to see this come into a shop my initial assessment would have been that it would have absolutely worked with a little WD40, but chalk it up to a loss. You made a believer out of me.
Have you ever built an AK? He F'ed up taking the Fire control out.
Bro he's the one who caused the damage obviously he should be able to fix it
your not very bright if you cant tell he clearly put it in that condition
That thing looks spicy to shoot. Great restoration.
Love that color combo
Brilliant work 🫵🏻😎
I honestly had no idea about the safety locking the charging handle. Thats really cool! Kudos to the restoration!
I believe only zastava AKs have that feature and they also have last round bolt hold open with their specific magazines.
@@sungukyun2608 Every AK safety will block the bolt from going back fully
@@averagecrusader5509 Yeah, but he's talking about the cut in the safety holding the bolt back, so that lowering the safety sends the bolt home.
@@PlopPlopMan Yeah, I figured that out, felt like a bit of an idiot, but couldn't find the comment to correct myself
@@sungukyun2608 Mil Spec Yugo AKs don't have that notch in the safety. The notched safety is either put on for export, or put on by the importer (Century Arms, for example). They are there due to the high number of US ranges that make you have the action locked back during cease fires.
The welded muzzle thread protector, Tapco trigger, and Magpul mag indicate that is a US import.
A first class restoration, and a "pretty" result. Thank you for sharing !

i mean, it was purposely rusted so they were kinda new i guess

Nice job. I had no doubt that it would function. It’s what the AK does. Function

Thank you for cleaning such A amazing firearm
Yeah he cleaned it good and then he ruined it in several ways
Perfect restoration! Respect for the knowledge of disassembly and assembly AK elements. Nice and clever. I still remember when I had in military service training with closing eyes. This technic is important when you must disassembly and assembly AK in dark place😉
How long did it take you to disassemble and assemble a rifle like this? My disassembly and assembly time was 22 seconds 32 years ago. Today it would take much longer. Today I am 50 years old, I was 18 then 😉👍
Of course I remember. With AKMS vz 80 I got the best rating time for disassemble 14s and assemble 23s. Required time to pass the exam in my Unit for disassemble was 18s and for assemble 30s. Who was get close to disassemble 14 and assemble 23 got prize and point to get extra day home pass. It's not over yet. My best rating Kalash shooting was 48 points by 5 shots. 4 of 5 bullets was hit in 10 after many days practice of shooting 100m from standing, crouch, prone 3x5 firing to get 150 points. I still remember my lucky day with the best prize which was got 12 days home pass😁I missed the 3rd place in the team by 9 points. AK is like riding a bicycle😉
The bolt hold-open notch on the safety/fire control lever is something I hadn't seen before today.
