You can’t interact without mission fail, however cops can actually kill him without mission fail fun weird bug that I don’t think has been mentioned before

with the Rockstar Editor you just place the camera at the eyes of the character. I used several mods to bypass the camera limitations all called something like "open camera", "limitless camera" and stuff like that... I used various combinations of camera mods to fit my needs, but most work well
