What annoy me about GTA V story is that is not bad but is too short compared to GTA IV, 94 mission + 50 from DLC to flesh out three protagonists against 69 missions (most of them random encounters that are nice but kinda pointless) the parts in North Yankton are great and I think the characters needed more time on their own
gta iv was pretty much depressing for me so it was kinda boring cause it lacked guns, action, vehicles etc. but it wasn't meant for action because it depicts a specific story, so I'm not gonna judge it. on the other side, gta 5 is indeed epic in my opinion cause of actions and the happy ending you'd get with 3 protagonists. that's a big improvement for a 2013 game but it's been 9 years and Rockstar has left this part of the game out, only fixing bugs. again, I'm not gonna judge either them, but they should like make a dlc and expand the north Yankton map where it has more storyline from the past all the way to prologue mission

I always wondered why the FIB didn't just make two graves? And then say that Michael AND Brad had died? I get they only had one body, Brad's, but how hard would it be to find a deceased person with no family and put a Gravestone over it.. Or just an empty coffin?
Because the FIB wasn’t behind this only Dave Norton and Michael were. They had to work with what they had and be careful to not expose themselves to the actual FIB or Trevor. That’s why Brad dying instead of Trevor complicated things and that’s why Steve is blackmailing Michael and Dave throughout the game
Notice when you look at Michael's chest there is no bullet scar on him which means he was shot by a blank while brad was shot with a real bullet Micheal was the one who talked that day
While Michael did make a deal with Dave (the FBI agent that killed Brad and finds out about Michael's jewel store robbery 10 years later), he still got shot by him as you can hear the sound of flesh tearing, there's two possibilities: Michael was shot in a specific part of his torso where the bullet wouldn't cause fatal damage and would only wound him, possibly passing right through him Michael was wearing a kevlar/bullet-proof vest (hinted by the lack of blood coming from where he was hit), in which the air would be knocked out of him but atleast he would be able to get away when the police weren't looking
It's a missed opportunity to allow temporary playability of Brad during the first mission. They should've had him be the driver and given him similar skills to Franklin.
