    Hi Ashley! I am currently in my 1st trimester of my 1st successful pregnancy after 2 losses over the past 2 years. I enjoy doing yoga & pilates but they started getting too boring for me during pregnancy. I'm used to more of a challenge during my workouts but was scared to do anything other than yoga & pilates because I was scared of doing anything that would harm my baby or cause me to lose another one, but then I discovered your channel with pregnancy safe workouts for each trimester. They give me the challenge that I enjoy during my workouts but also keep my baby safe & my body healthy. Thank you for providing this for me during my exercise routine.     I am addicted to Your prenatal workouts!!!! I do them every day, even at 11 p.m. if ,for some reasons , I can't do them in the morning. :-) I'm a professional dancer and 21 week pregnant now so staying in shape is very important for me. Thanks to Your prenatal videos I feel and see that my body is still in a very good condition or maybe even better than before pregnancy. :-D I also tried other workouts on UA-cam but they can't compare to Yours!!!! Your videos are really really challenging and I loooooove them sooooo much!!!! Could You think of one more video about prenatal stretching?     This is the first time I did a double band workout. I think it definitely provided extra feedback to ensure proper alignment through my legs and kept glut medius active. Great prenatal videos, thank you for sharing!

    Love this video I wasn't able to use my medium ban but I cannot wait till I'm able to build up to it this video made me feel so out of shape which is why I loved it❤❤❤

    both my babies were around 7.5 lb! Not big at all but normal size. My midwives were pleased with their size too!

    I am loving using the resistance bands! It's a fun new element for me! Also, I am so glad I got the ones you recommended! They are working great, and its so easy to follow along with you because they are the exact same colors. (It's nice they came with so many different resistance levels!)     You are amazing! I have been working out with you since I found out that am pregnant! Not every day tho 😂 but try to workout at least 2-3 days a week! I am 6,5 month pregnant right now and feel amazing. Thank you for such a short and great workouts ❤️

    I absolutely love this workout! I always have difficulty with my tail bone in pregnancy and I find this exercise really helps!

      I'm glad this feels good and doesn't further aggravate your tail bone pain- most likely caused by relaxin hormone making your pelvic ligaments shift and be more loose than pre-pregnancy.     I love your content! I would love to see an informative video on the importance of warming up/cooling down, and taking those rest days!! I feel like it's easy to go too hard without letting your muscles repair. I have heard that many people see MORE results when they stop overdoing it :) Thanks!!

    Hello! I bought your newly recommended fabric resistance bands but they are so tight! I barely get any stretch even out of the extra light... Just wondering if that will change over time or if I should purchase the rubbery bands??

    This is an amazing video!! I too was over my due date with my last two babies. We will see what this next baby does! I kinda love going all the way to 40 weeks. Is that totally weird?😂😂

    Hi, thank you for your workouts, so glad to have found them :) If I was using weights prior to becoming pregnant, can I continue (i.e. romanian deadlifts, hip thrusts etc but only with like 20 kg?) Please let me know! Also I would like to know what kind of workouts you personally do, do you use weights?

    Once again, I wish that I could like your videos more than once. I hope all the views help your channel as well.
    As for dates, I feel the same about my due date. I'm officially overdue by 8 days now but I'm not convinced. They are inducing me on Tuesday though and just trusting the professionals that they know what they are doing.

    11weeks post partum and always looking for quick workouts to add to the 12 week post pregnancy plan. Here is my question -I notice that I feel pain in my quads more than my butt when squatting, wall squats, and with these exercises. I swear I’m pushing my butt back and can wiggle my toes. I think my chest is high, but my butt is never sore. Suggestions? Thanks!

      Thanks Ashley! This is helpful. I am using the same bands as you. While I can wiggle my toes while squatting, I’m wondering if I’m using more of the ball of my feet to push up versus my heels. I’ll continue to work on form because these are great workouts and I want results!!! Thanks again for producing such awesome and challenging workouts.

    Hi there! Can you tell me which resistance bands you are using in this video and if they are 8in or 12in. I did not have the bands so improvised with just myself. Still got my heart pumping, but would like to order the bands!
