I have Rogue S 2015 , recently when changing the temperature of the ac through the dial knob. i hear some noise from behind the vents gates, as if it is struggling to move. it sounds like lubricating issue. The temperature changes with no problems, just that sound

Do you know if replacing the yellow type-B one beside it helps when my 2019 model changes airflow from vents only rarely and sometimes it feels like not one vent is open? Blower motor speed and temperature changes work normally.

I changed my twice. I realized the third time that motor doesnt move when I turn the temp down or up slightly . Its the winter so I may leave it out as I rather have heat for now.
these cars also have an issue inside the a/c box, the vent breaks inside apparently because the motor is too strong or is the poor plastic quality inside I already worked on 2 of these and I had to take the whole dashboard apart.
@@JVFIXLLC I attempted to unplug the motor while it was on heat and it went back to cold. Attempted to leave the motor out and it went back to cold.
Guess I don’t have a choice but to bring the car in and see if they can change the box. I did hear that the motor can be calibrated but would need the device to see if that can fix it

Hey, the passenger side is cold only but the driver side it’s regular air does that go for the same actuator on the driver side?
Mines same is the same year make, and model and it only blows hot air. Please help with ideas I only have 50,000 miles but it's out of warranty. I added R134 but may have over serviced it, still blowing hot.
only way to find out is removing the blend door motor and move the door manually
This is usually just a temporary fix I changed mine than a couple weeks later it was broke again. Dealership said the entire box Is bad. Well they said it gets dirty and rhe actuator isn't strong enough to open and close the blend door
yea I have also heard that issue happening too just like chevrolet camaros the entire box needs to come out and change the door
Yeah I did the exact same. Worked for maybe a month. Then it stopped switching over. Terrible design.
So around a million bucks?
@@jennifers8843I did some digging on some online forums. Come to find out a guy actually designed and printed a 3D part that fits on the actuator. I just installed this. I can send the link if you’re interested. 50 dollars for a fix is a lot cheaper than the 2500 the nissan dealer quoted me. It’s working really well now.
Do check to make sure there is no crack in the blend door where the actuator goes into it before install. There’s actually I guy that makes repair parts or you can use epoxy in the hole.

no need to zero it. once you install the new one it learns by itself

Hola mi Nissan rogue 2019 no tiene velocidad cuando SE prende El aire o la calefaction ,o sea cuando prendes El carro y vas andando sale calor pero minimo ,igual com El AC,.ya le Cambie la Resistencia del motor del ventilator y El ventilator ,.cual seria Otra causa que no salga a maxima velocidad ,gracias
si ya cambiaste el filtro de cabina y sigue entonces creo que vas a tener el evaporador tapado de tierra ya me a pasado con las rams que unas no traen filtro y estan en la tierra todo el tiempo y se tapa. usa una camara flexible para inspeccionar el evaporador.
