- My journey started in Cairo, over 1,228 km (763 miles) away. I've finally arrived to the town of Abu Simbel, my final destination on the trip. With only a few more hours to reach the border with Sudan, I've essentially traveled the entire length of Egypt from North to South. I'm proud of myself, and completely exhausted.

Wow really impressive that you went alone on your motor bike all the way from Cairo to the Abu-Simple near Sudanese borders, I still cant figure out how your 150 cc bike survived this trip :) but am definitely glad that I came across your channel today.
🤣 Well, my bike has been tired ever since that journey 😅 But yes it was an awesome trip, I loved it! Hope I can make some other (smaller) trips around Egypt in the near future

@@Gventures Enjoy it to the max, go to all places and try all aswany food. make sure to visit Nubian houses, they have crocodiles in their houses. just ask a tour guide.

I have always asked myself " how can you do it all that way on a 150 CC benelli - with hours of riding - this bike not for high way trips - it could be easily be affected by winds I believe the seating position too not for long trips aside from the engine made for city trips and you can not exceed 90 km if you go beyond that you may loose control the engine too can not sustain speed
be sure to cover every inch of your body when under direct sun shine when riding - get enough time to rest never over exhaust yourself - if you feel you need time to rest just do it - continuous driving for hours for days with not the best sleeping conditions and the only available food exhaust the body - you still have long way to go and must be in good physical condition - take care and enjoy

I see that you mentioned that you booked with Agoda and the didn't notify the hotel. I had same problem with Agoda in Morroco, I tried to contact Agoda and they cane back to me 1 week later. No room available and traveling with small kids , so never again with Agoda.
Oh wow! That would really suck. Yeah it was kind of upsetting because the hotel was booked out, but he checked me in first and then realized he couldn't find my booking, another guest showed up and he was panicking, actually said he was going to call the cops on me 😂 I was like, they escorted me here man. And I made the booking, here's my confirmation email with the dates. And here is where they took the money out from my bank account. It was stupid. And I was just so tired. I can't imagine going through that with small children

Oh I know. Many Egyptians don't speak a lot of English, I have discovered this since I have been here 1.5 years now, and especially since I have been dealing with police and military the whole way down here. I am on the move again
this is too much exhausting to be honest - more than enough - I know how you feel cos I had some sort of before - you will enjoy that once you are at finish point - then you start a new cruise - enjoy your trips .
