5:00-5:02 - that far-away distant feel: aerial perspective. Da Vinci used that technique in some of his paintings.
Lovely painting! Great to do when you are missing the ocean 🌊
Oh yeah feels relaxing! Thank you

Oh I'm so glad! Thank you!
I loved it. Thank u.
Thank you! Glad you did!
That's amazing. So beautiful, thank you! 🙏🏼
One question though. Do you paint in one step without pausing? Or do you let the seperate layers dry before you add the next step / the next color? For example let the base dry before you put in the first "stretched out mountain"-lines. Or before you add the next line in a different color on top of the ones before?
Tag me if she answers ❤️❤️
I didn't pause per se. My paint would naturally dry in the process. I wouldn't say they were fully dried but more-so around 60% dry, so blending the edges is still possible and easier..Hope that helps! Thank you!
Excellent teaching
That make me feel so relax 😍❤❣
Aw thank you! Glad it does!

Thanks for watching!
New sub, beginner!
Hi! Thanks for joining in!
I think I'm going to try this out but I have a rather small selection of acrylic paints, so I don't have a grey colour. Only black. Can I use small amounts of black instead or should I mix a dark grey before hand to use? I love this tutorial, thank you so much!
To get paynes grey, you can mix white, black, and a tiny bit of blue! :)
Thank you
Thank you for watching!
4:10 so when I am making the waves do I have to wait until the painting is dry?
What palette are using to lay the colors..? Beautiful
nice
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍⚘⚘
i enjoyed the intro
Thank you!!
Great tutorial! Can you share a few more words on why the gel is added: What does it do here that is different from not using it in this tutorial example? Thanks.
Your colors are soo soft to use my arcylic color are so hard to use so can i wet canvas a little bit so my paints can not be hard that much?
Yeah you can use more water consistency in your paints to break it down better.
@@AlifyaLifestyle Thank you so much for your reply ♥️
Can I use a golden glazing medium or will that be to transparent?
You mean for a varnish at the end or medium to thicken up paint?
Is the gel medium necessary or can I do this without it? 😁 great video btw!
I'm pretty sure you can with out it. But don't take as much acrylic out as they will dry out and be unusable. Ad more when needed.
Oh you can totally do it without it! :) Thank you!
@@AlifyaLifestyle thanks! I ended up painting this picture and I think it turned out quite well!
@@allievec6436 So happy to hear! Tag me on instagram! :) @alifya_lifestyle
Awww, the music is from Epidemic Sound, but what's the title and the musician?? 🥺 It's so beautiful.....
What if I don’t have paynsgray? How do I make it blue black n white?
If you don't have grey, you can use black and white to make grey if you have black?
I thought Payne’s gray had a blue tint to it
@@tamerakeeney1704 right so when you mix a little phthalo blue with it you can still make it work! :)
What is this Gel Medium , what is the name of the brand snd for what it is for .Thank you & God bless
I have linked the materials in the description! :)
Beautiful 🤩! How can I fix the canvas if a drop of water 💧 fell in it while I was painting? 😭
No worries, just paint over it! :)
I can't find payne's gray, i just have pastel gray, is it okay?
Yeah that should work or you could even mix some black, white, and dark blue to make payne's grey.
Can you me the paint name? Please
Im using arteza paints. I have listed the link in the description!
@@AlifyaLifestyle Thank you ✨❤️
Thanx for sharing. But I hate speed painting
