Thanks for watching! Love, Mary
I did go to ALDI today. And I picked up some things on sale thank you
Great video
Hi Mary! I just bought a can of pineapple chunks in 100% juice to try an Asian sweet and sour sauce with that juice and chunks, ketchup, soy sauce, corn starch and garlic powder. I think those are all ingredients. Sauces have become so expensive, this recipe yields a lot and is much cheaper. 😊😊
Love you, dear "Sister" Mary 🤗
I really enjoyed and learned a great deal from your video. So, I subscribed 😎
I just can’t believe anyone would criticize you for keeping a well-stocked pantry. Now more than ever, if people are not paying attention and buying extra to keep in their prepper pantry they will regret it. I am sorry that anybody would speak to you unkindly. I really appreciate that you share all of your knowledge. And I agree about not clearing the shelves. I never do that, but I always buy extra because I am currently building my prepper pantry. Take a little; leave a little. ❤️
I keep a well-stocked pantry for the family in my house and I build up more for my immediate family that does not live with us. It’s harder for young parents with lots of littles to stock up as well as needed. Grandparents can be a back up for them!
👏👏👏
@@anitawitt84 That’s such a nice thing to do. I’m sure they appreciate your thoughtfulness ❤️
Eh, internet bots don't eat so everyone is a hoarder according to their script.
@@Sunshine_State primarily my married kids & grandkids. They are stocking up as they can as well.
Stocking is not the same as hoarding. People should keep their comments to themselves. Thank you for this video Mary! You've helped me so much! xx
That’s what I was going to say!!! Amen!
When they have food to eat, they will no longer call it hoarding. Noah was the first hoarder, until it began to rain.
Favorite minding their own business and kept her mouth shut you never learn anything it never hurts to listen to other people
I was sharing with an older woman at my local grocery store recently what the difference was between hoarding and stocking. "Me? This is stocking up.I replace what I use, then add an extra one or two on top of that. That guy over there? Those people over there, they are panic buying.. Scared people aren't PREPARED people (I emphasized the word prepared!). They go around pulling everything off the shelves with no plan, no foresight." After I was done talking to her, I left the store and you should have seen the carts people had, just overflowing with stuff. When I had been in there earlier, there was almost no pasta left. An old man was literally piling cans of campbells soup in his cart and another cart I saw 4 flats of the same cans, people taking ALL of the canned meats.
These are people who clearly have not been doing anything about their situation until panic time. Sad.
@@ter8330 maybe they're beginning prepping had to get some stuff to start the Preps
For most in the self reliance community , being prepared means that you put yourself in a position to help others during emergencies or hard times rather than being the one in need...much different than a hoarding mindset. Thanks for another great video Mary!
Yes!! Always be prepared to take care of yourself plus as many other people as possible. Mary embodies that spirit perfectly!
In Hawai'i its called" ALOHA" we do take care of not only ourselves but the keiki and the kupuna. (babies and elderly)
Yep!
Mary is a national treasure. So grateful that I'm learning the skills from her that I need to help my family thrive. Sadly, when I was younger I didn't pay attention to my own mother who had wonderful cooking skills...I was way more interested in sewing. Economically the skill of nutritious cooking will save you so much money!
'Under $1'= I never clicked on a video faster. Huge Aldi shopper here. Thank you
for sharing this info! 👍😊
You are so welcome!
What a wonderful lady she is. she have many amazing videos explaining everything
I am 67 years old, I have had a pantry my entire life. It is NO ONES BUSINESS how much food you buy.
Those who are keyboard warriors are also too lazy to go to the store or can vegetables, jams, jellies, etc…
You are kind and good and help folks. Pray for the fools of the world, then take the Lords advise…..
Matthew 10:14
And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet.
I'm just going to say it again for those who need to hear it: Please never let "not perfect" keep you from doing "good enough". Especially when considering the future and how difficult it may become to feed our families. I want to encourage everyone to show yourselves and others some grace.
Certainly most people would prefer clean, nutritious, organic whole foods. Not everyone can obtain this goal at all times. The struggle to keep ourselves and those who depend on us adequately fed might become an even greater struggle in the days and years ahead. Let us please aid one another. There is no shame in doing your best with the resources you find available to you.
Back in the old days during the war, families during the depression had Victory gardens, they grew as much food as they could , and because of the gardens it got their family through very difficult times!
Yes we are coming into trying times and I prepare! God tells us we are coming to these days..but not to fear ,but trust His son Jesus Christ...A good example is Joseph in the land of Egypt. He put aside stores of everything, for seven years,.then fed many peoples for seven years of famine that followed ! ♥️👍👍👍
Mary does wonderful work that has benefited our family tremendously. She is a treasure ❤️👍🤗😉😁
I agree
She TRULY is!!! I LOVE her! She should have millions of subscribers.
@@erikasmith4427 yes
Totally agree. She is a gem.
Those little pasta packages are a staple in a Mexican household. We add diced potatoes, chicken , ground beef or beans. We season the broth with bouillon or other various seasoning and veggies. Love it! Thank you Mary❤️
Oh Claudia, That sounds delicious!! I just love those little packages of pasta!! And I have to tell you something so cute...when my mom and dad first moved to Texas from New York (a long time ago), my mom called me and said..."You won't believe it. They have the most delicious bread here. They call them "tortillas". Your father and I stuff them with something else from here - chorizo sausage. Delicious!!" I just think that is so cute!! Love, Mary
@@MarysNest 😂🥰 I love it! Tortilla bread, flat bread what’s the difference 🤷🏽♀️😆
I tried the alphabet from this brand and it got all sticky and flavorless even though I cooked it in bone broth to add flavor and nutrition. I think I used the vermicelli in the past in soups and it was fine. Do different cuts of pasta cook differently? I never had this problem with any other brand.
Aldi's pasta brand doesn't pick the flavor easily so I stopped using, I still can't wrap my mind around the price increase of even generic pasta. (Prices of everything to be honest)
@@marilynrafla6628 The trick to that is you brown it with a little oil. Same as Mexican rice.
@@cmcparland79 that might explain why the soup worked because all recipes I use that call for the tiny cut spaghetti must be fried till they brown before adding the liquid
I buy the Aldi sunflower seeds regularly to make multigrain bread. They are very tasty and the best price I've found. I do not understand criticism of pantry stocking. I don't spend on fancy coffee, manicures, or the latest, greatest fashion items but I don't criticize people that do. That's their choice. My choice is to funnel that money into extra food and supplies. Thank you Mary! ❤
I remember the first few weeks of the COVID lockdown. I saw lots of empty shelves. I knew then I did not want to put up with the crazies. Even put a couple large multi packs of TP away JIK
You don’t have to explain yourself. Hoarding is a mental health disorder. Panic shopping is what we try to prevent. If we lose power, people panic buy ice, batteries and flashlights. Every time a snow storm comes through my area or even a possibility of snow, people panic shop and buy things they don’t even need. Prepared people buy a little extra each time we shop (as you said).
Linda yes I agree 100%
They r of Arsenic album type of people ... Hv more than need
ABSOLUTELY!!!!
Exactly! If I lived in a Hurricane zone I’d get a case of water every month to have on hand, instead of going to the store with tons of people as the storm was about to hit. No matter where you live, it’s wise to be prepared. Bad weather & power outages happen anywhere at anytime.
Yes, when Michael headed our way people asked me why I was buying kool aid jammers and capri sun in pouches and not water or soda. I told the cashier these go in the holes in my freezer and freezer goes down to lowest setting. I already had water. She said I have never heard of that, I said they are like ice packs and if you need that them out and drink them. We ended up out if power 10 days. We had a generator but unable to come back for 36 hours all freezer items were still good when we got back and started up the generator. We cooked outside on grill and brought him b.c. 15 gallons of water per day to wash dishes, ourselves, and flush the toilet. We have a well so no power no water. The stocking up on shelf stable foods and quick heating food really helped us out. My husband still went to work 3 days after Michael went through.
As long as I have the means and the place I will have a well stocked pantry. I have given food to my neighbors twice when they were in need. Nothing is better than helping out when you can.
Thanks for the video.
We love you Mary!
I think everyone should get as much food as they can afford. We are having a food shortage. My garden is not producing like it should. So I'm not going to be canning as much. Please people, be prepared.
You make my Saturday mornings delightful, Mary! Your sweet voice and demeanor is so relaxing and brings back memories of weekends with my grandparents when I was a kid. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us!
She's a very sweet and knowledgeable lady.
I bought the northern beans at Aldi. I live alone but I cooked a big crock pot. I took the extras and canned them and got to put 5 pints in my pantry. I did pintos the next week and did the same. I cook to take the chill off. No heat yet.
You’re wonderful Mary. Ignore the negative comments Thanks for the video
Good price on frozen veggies. Use your dehydrator or freeze drier to preserve with no freezer space required. They are already blanched so open bag onto the trays and process.
Great tip!
Yes! Great tip!
Yes, I need to do this with my freezer veggies. So they rehydrate easily?
@@knothead35 just pour it into whatever you're cooking.
@@xbemos what if I'm just cooking a side of corn and not in a soup or stew?
Thanks so much for sharing this, Mary. Stocking is definitely a lot different than hoarding, and a great way to save money. We try to limit trips to the store and stocking up on larger quantities saves time, money, gas and effort, as well as helping the environment. God bless you and your family.
Thanks for your tips and advice. Love and appreciate you. Prepping is different than hoarding. People should not criticize you for stocking up on pantry items. They should be doing the same. I am. Thank you for your recipes and recipe ideas. S. Fox
There’s nothing wrong with keeping a well stocked pantry. I always make sure to take care of that before winter.
Your sweet, sunshiny personality makes me happy and is a breath of fresh air from doom and gloom prepper channels. I don’t ever walk away from your videos feeling fear and paralyzed. Thank you!
The squishy peas can be added as an extender to avacado when making large amounts of guacamole.
It is best to drain the canned peas, saving any liquid, and run them through a blender, adding back in the liquid as needed to obtain the consistency desired.
Just be sure to add extra salt and lemon to taste.
The idea comes from an old cookbook about catering and making large amounts of appetizers for a crowd.
I love ALDI and I've been shopping there for nearly 40 years. They're good about adjusting prices on their items. When they get a price break from their suppliers, you get a price break too. They're not afraid the lower prices, it seems. I'm fond of their canned mandarin oranges. Pre-Covid they were 88 cents. After Covid they were hard to find due to supply issues. When they appeared again the price shot up to $1.60. Now that some of the supply issue has been worked out, ALDI lowered the price to $1.20. (Still miss the 88 cents price tag but the price increase is understandable, considering the world's problems. At $1.20 they're still cheaper than any local store where they're almost $2 a can.)
Yes!! I like them
As well! Part of my stock!
The mandarins are great to have in case we can't get produce in shtf. Vitamin C is so important.
You made me smile today; my mom loved her 'squishy peas' I may try canned peas as you described. (Mom has been gone just a few years and I miss her terribly). Loved your reminder to help others. Many great ideas today, thanks.
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. I understand completely. My dad died a few years ago and I miss him SO much! But I’m sure both our parents are watching over us from heaven. Love, Mary❤️🤗❤️
Look up pasta pizzole.
Fideo always makes my heart happy. My mom is Mexican and to this day whenever she hears us sniffle or under the weather she makes a big pot of fideo with potatoes for us. To me fideo means comfort food
Yes indeed!!
That depression tuna casserole bake that Mary made the other week was great. I made it for my husband and myself and we had plenty left over to take to my mum . She loved it! I gave her two lunch time meals of it and she was so happy she had something yummy and warm for lunch as it is winter here in Australia. My mum lives with one of my other sisters and gets lots of great night time meals but lunch is a bit harder for her as my sister works during the day and my mum has only limited vision so its hard for her to prepare food for herself.
If you want to save a bit of money on milk, and you have powered milk on hand, make up a litre of powdered milk and mix it with a litre of full cream milk from the shop. You wont even notice the difference.
I use only powder milk for coo.
My mom used to mix the milk that way when we were young. We went thru alot of milk and bread back then. I will be watching more of your videos. Thank you.😊
tuna is so full of mercury , definitely NOT in our pantry
I had to do this as we raised our six kids to make the budget stretch. With the milk but, they sometimes detected it and I needed to know what I could add to it to make it more acceptable to them. I tried adding a little vanilla but that didn’t fix the problem.
@@leeandsandievandenhouten3485 slightly more “real” milk than powdered does the trick. 1 litre of made up powdered milk to 1.25 litres of ordinary milk.
I just finished using canned salmon that had a best buy date of 2019. I couldn't see a difference in it and when I got it in 2018. I keep canned salmon all the time.
Mary, I think you are a wonderful, a necessary teacher and I deeply appreciate you. Thank you for sharing your brilliance, your generous spirit and your kindness. Please keep doing what your are doing! Endless blessings!
Thank you ☺️
Love what you do! I have tried several of your recipes and tips. I just made vegetable soup with about a half pound of burger but added lentils and barley to stretch this soup. Family never noticed less meat and loved the thick soup! Thank you for the ideas!
That soup actually sounds yummy!
I’ve learned so much watching your videos. Thanks for all you do.
I enjoy your shows which helps all to be prepared!!! Being prepared is not hoarding. We are facing hard times and we don’t know what the future holds. Being prepared could mean that you can help others as well as family. Thank you for all your interesting videos.
Please don’t apologize for something you do out of the goodness of your heart. Haters are going to hate, and nothing you can say will change their minds. Ignore them!
Love watching your videos.
Thank you so much for this information. I do the majority of my shopping at Aldi’s, and you have reminded me to begin to stock up and get some to share, which I did do consistently 🙏🏽.
Sweet Mary, you are so loved! Thank you for all of the investigative work, all the grand ideas, and basically, thank you for what you provide to everyone to help them save money, plus teach them the best nutritional facts to keep all of us healthy. You are such a huge blessing! Also, thinking of your family and knowing that they are also making a sacrifice for this mission of good will. Bountiful and Boundless Blessings to you and your family.
It’s really no one’s business Mary what and how much you buy! I love your videos and I learn a lot from you! Keep stocking 😊
Mary, the information you share is always so generous and kind. I shop Aldi all the time and have missed a few of these items. Thank you for taking the hours and hours it must take to produce a quality, informative video like this one. You deserve all the accolades you get! Thank you!! I’d like to share a recipe with you that my mom made for us. On a small, individual plate, she’d put a bed of (iceberg) lettuce….either rings or dices of canned pineapple….a dollop of good ol’ Duke’s mayo…..and topped with shredded cheddar. Oh my goodness is this ever refreshing. The crunch of the iceberg lettuce, the sweetness of the pineapple, the sharpness of the cheese…stellar! Again, thanks for all those excellent tips!
Perfect! I’ve all these ingredients, it sounds like a recipe for meatless Monday. Thanks ! 🍍
I buy yeast at Costco and leave it in the freezer. It is way outdated but still works perfectly!
I'm embarrassed to even tell you the date on my bulk yeast in the freezer lol I bloom it every time before I use it and it's still as good as ever I just got through making Mary's oatmeal bread and it was fabulous!
This video was the first time I learned that yeast could be frozen. Thanks for your comment to confirm this.
Mary, i love the work that you do. Please do not think you ever have to explain yourself and what you do to your family and friends. Don’t change your heart!! Keep making a difference!!
I actually prefer stocking marinara sauce rather than canned tomatoes because I prefer them being in glass. You can still use them for all the same recipes you would use canned tomatoes!
You are the sweetest friend! I adore your channel! You are so charming! Have a great weekend, Mary!
Thank you so much!
Ms. Mary, you are a good woman, wife, mother and citizen!
I appreciate your emphasis on real food. You're an inspiration. Thanks for your generosity and kind nature. Best wishes.
I love your channel! Im going to move backwards from here and start actually cooking again. Thanks for all the great ideas!
Thanks, Mary! Another great video. I have mashed canned peas and fried them up in butter with diced onion, cumin, & cayenne, and then used them as a taco filling.
Great idea! Sounds delicious!!
I do that but with lentils
Brilliant!!!
Good morning Mary your giving us kitchen knowledge and food for thought, love you lots ❤
Excellent suggestions, as always 💖
Glad you like them!
Thank you Mary for meeting each of us where we have need!
Thank you for always being so positive and for not food shaming. Things are hard out here and I so appreciate your kind words and great ideas to help stretch. Your thoughts on white rice are super helpful. You are doing a great job. xo
Wow amazing looks absolutely too yummy delicious well prepared well explained will definately try soon super fantastic presentation
Mary you are the most wonderful prepper UA-camr. Thank you for all the info you share with us. You truly care about everyone's well being. I wish more people were like you. If we all helped others (like you) by sharing our gifts freely like you our world would be heaven on earth. I am so grateful and share your channel to all of my friends.
She truly is! So many others churn the fear & taking care of only your family which is too negative for me or anyone I would think. Mary is a realist who acknowledges the state we are in ,offers solid advice & reminders to think of others too. I always feel better after seeing her videos
Mary, you’re an earth angel! Tysvm for all of your wisdom sharing! God bless your parents!
Thanks -I really loved this video today! and a reminder to all that it's never a BAD idea to stock up.🙂
So true!
My daughter buys the blue box Aldi pasta all the time. She said it is as good as Barilla which is now over $2 a box in our grocery store.
Blessings Mary...thank you 💞🙏
Mary, the canned salmon at my main grocery has been $4.29 for forever. I watched your video and then high-tailed it down to Aldi to snap up several cans at $2.99! And I made salmon cakes for dinner. Yum.
Literally the purest, sweetest lil angel. ♥️
The way the economy is going it's smart to stock up on food.I hadn't canned in 40 years.Last year I bought a pressure canner and I've been canning meat. You give good advice.
Thank you Ms Mary! I am so blessed by your channel. I appreciate so much your smiling happy demeanor, especially after I’ve had a hard day. I grew up with traditional cooking and somehow over the years we moved away from it and our health has suffered for sure. I am trying to work my way back and ease my 20-year-old son into it (most all he has known is processed). He does love to cook so that helps. I am so grateful for the knowledge you share with us.
You seem like such a sweet person. I appreciate you encouraging generosity, thanks.
Thank you for mentioning the food banks. We had 92 families come through ours in the three hours we were open. So many people are in need!
I’m so glad you’re almost up to 1 million subscribers!! There is no one else on UA-cam who can give such thorough, but concise information. And Mary, listening to you is like soaking in a hot tub full of comforting essential oils. The others are right… You are a treasure and I am so grateful you are here!
OMG! When Mary shown the beans! 🙌🙌🙌 YESSSS PREACH!! Makes vegetarian meals quick and cheap! Garbanzo beans under $1!!
I love having family over for a "Soup Sunday" after church once a month. I throw broth/stock in to a crockpot with frozen veg (or fresh frozen that I chopped up) a few seasonings and some ham hocks or smoked turkey wings...let it cook all day. Sometimes I just do pinto beans n ham hocks (or any leftover ham or smoked sausage). Add some crusty bread or cornbread. Some Aldi icecream sandwiches or whatever. Cheap meal and everybody goes home full and happy!! Love my Aldi deals. Thank you Mary for your great ideas and explanations...I am 60 and still learning alot from you...God bless you back!
Mary you’re such a doll…heaven sent! I don’t like to hear you needing to defend yourself to critical viewers but you were so professional and kind hearted in your discussion about hoarding vs maintaining a well-stocked pantry.
I love these kind of videos and I have been stocking up for the last year and am doing so more lately because I have heard this winter is supposed to be absolutely horrible! I live out in the country where we have to clean our own road and driveway so there's times I'm stuck out here until the snow melts enough that I can get my car out. Looking forward to seeing this video cuz I do shop at Aldi. Thank you for doing this.
I am SO beyond ready to begin my traditional foods journey. Being a stay-at-home mom has changed my perspective on so many things including our health and food consumption. I could literally CRY hearing you talk about the white rice and incorporating bone broth, butter, and salt for nutrition because my 3-year-old BARELY eat anything BUT he LOVES white rice! I will be making him "healthy" white rice TOMORROW!!!
Great video
I stock up as often as I can. Call it what you want,
but I will be prepared and stocked up always.
I love Aldi
Thank you for this information. I had a difficult time recently finding dried beans at a reasonable price. I ended up getting a good deal at the dollar store. I canned the beans and they turned out wonderful.
I love peas!!! I can eat them plain!
My dog also loves most vegetables but not fruit.
I love your videos! Thank you for teaching us. I grew up in i the foster care system so i didn't learn much about cooking from scratch.
My late Mom fed her dog vegetables.
That canned tomatoes with chilies make a great salsa. I also keep canned tomatoes with okra it's great any time of year especially for vegetable soup made with canned or frozen veggies on a cold winter day.
The way you shop and cook is also the most budget friendly as well as VERY most nutritious ! These skills you teach are life saving ideas for exactly the times we're living in ..thanks again 👍❤️
Boy Mary! Our pantry saved my family of six many times over the years. We lived off it, literally, off it alone, through job losses, recession of the 70's and 80's, my cancers causing disability retirement and then my chronic illnesses. Whew! Even lived off powdered milk from 50 lb bags bought directly from Michigan Milk producers and off Nido whole milk over last couple years. There were times we used powdered eggs and frozen eggs. We froze them when eggs on super sale. Hard now to find Super Sale eggs anywhere. Anyway, we did not ever hoard. However, we were mindful and prudent knowing to prepare in good times for the rough ones. You provide excellent counsel and ways to carry it out. Younger generations need you. That's for sure! God bless your dear heart💙
Aldi stores are mostly set up the same way, just depends how large the store is, they have more or less.
Never got yeast there, I get pound packs at Costco😊 same with baking soda, the huge bag so I don't have to get a new small one all the time, yes I use it a lot for cleaning.
I live on the nature coast of Florida and have yeast, as pictured, baking soda, salmon, and sardines which many seem gross but the nutrition if you get the sardines in oil and no extra stuff dawn really help. . I blend it into sauces seems no one even knows it's there. I also got small bags of pasta and white albacore, safety caught it what ever they are calling it currently. I was surprised. I travel once per month to collaborate with my medical team and that's in a bit much more populated area and they had much less I was surprised. At the more rural one closest to my farm I sometimes find those really good deals and yeast and stuff like that in their aisle that highlights I don't know what they call it all the fines or specials or whatever they call great place to shop for a lot of things.... Good luck to each of you.
Thank you Mary for your wisdom and time.
I just finished a pot or pinto beans that I made last week. I rotate them in my pantry - and those were 8 years old. Soaked them overnight, cooked them low and slow all day long, added about 1/2 lb of bacon chopped up finely and cooked until crisp, added an onion diced, a pound of ground chuck browned, salt, pepper, a touch of cayenne pepper and yum!! Made white rice to add to it and I've eaten on it all week!
For a little variety, I add a few tomatoes on day 3 or 4 or some mixed vegetables.
@@madelinehall8944 I've done that. I've had kidney surgery, so I kept it fairly simple. I usually add a small can of chopped green chilies, some tomatoes, basically anything that sounds good. They're always better the second or third day!
I love your sweet spirit and calm advice.
Sure beats the insects the govt. wants us to eat! Thanks Mary!
We had salmon pattie’s from canned salmon tonight. I’ve always loved it! In my poorer days we ate canned mackerel patties. Not quite the same but still good and a lot less expensive back then. God bless you as well!
TY Mary, I needed that encouragement during this discouraging time.
The pull top cans are also great for food pantry donations. Not everyone has a can opener.
Aldi's is such a great market. It's very easy and inexpensive to buy foods for the blessing box in my town. You can get so much for the price.
Aldi is set up the same way Everywhere, in Germany as in the USA
Not giving you a “like.” Giving you a “love.” Love what I learn from you.
I've been making tortillas from Masa Harina since the 1970s. Easiest way: put a prepared ball of it 1 1/2 inch across or so, inside a large sandwich bag and roll it out thin. Easy to take it out and fry it. Love corn tortillas and these are the freshest.
Mary, I also love shopping at Aldi. I buy canned peaches packed in 100% fruit juice.
I love aldi. So blessed to live close to one now. It really helps the budget! Mary, I am a new subscriber and I absolutely love your videos! So glad to have found you!
Here stocked up on peaches and pears in own juices a couple months ago at 99c right after your first Aldi video. Also consistently best price on organic eggs at $3.65/dozen.
Don’t apologize for buying extra, that’s smart,, in today’s society, and everything that’s going on
I make a spinach and sausage cannellini soup that sounds very much like yours it's delicious. I too thicken some beans by blending them. And I saw 12 pounds of dried pinto beans this morning at Sam's Club for $10! Pretty good deal
Mary, this is one of YOUR BEST😇💓🌟
Thank you.
I buy the spaghetti sauce, & canned beans from Aldi's all the time. The white beans make a great white Chile if you add the diced tomatoes & green chilies , and 1-2 chicken breasts cut up . Just discovered your channel & was very pleased ! Can't wait to see next one!!
I printed out the 36 pages this morning. Very valuable. Thank you for being generous and making it for free
Where can I find it??? A technological inept person here....just bought ink for printer (I can do that)
Hi Debbie, Here is the link: FREE 36-PAGE ESSENTIAL TRADITIONAL FOODS PANTRY LIST: marysnest.com/free-traditional-foods-pantry-list/ Love, Mary
I love your videos! They are helpful and motivational. Last winter we went thru a cold weather emergency. I was beyond grateful that we had everything we needed. Your point about preparing before a cold weather emergency is a good one. There is nothing easy about dealing with a cold weather emergency. The last thing you want to do is have to shop for essentials during a rough winter storm. Be prepared early!
I make a hawaiian type dish with canned pineapple, chicken and coconut milk in the crock pot that's delicious. Besides a few fresh things, the rest is totally a pantry meal. Yummmm
That sounds delicious. I'm going to see if I can find a recipe.
@@territimmerman140 If you cant find one I'll give you the recipe. I sorta made up my own.
Not hoarding at all, lol. People finding exception to being prepared probably don't have an extra can of tuna to spare at any given time and probably was panic buying toilet paper in 2020. Ignore the ignorance. I love this channel
Ms Mary you are Such a blessing to us telling us all these good information and helping us understand things the old days my grandma didn’t get to tell me these things and I’m probably older than you at 68 but I appreciate all the lessons that you’ve taught me lately God bless you thank you so much
Thank you Mary. You are a blessing!
Praying that this winter isn't Harsh. Amen
