I’m so happy to sing this MUCH requested song with one of my favorite people and musicians on earth, Lucia Micarelli. How can someone so talented be so humble? One of the best singers of all time
I don’t have to words to describe the joy this brings. Thank you! My son is an ICU nurse working at North West Hospital in Tucson, AZ. He and others there are caring for COVID19 patients. Some recover, some don’t. The bravery and kindness of all health care workers continues to astound me.

It's about praising Jesus the one who is worthy of all the praises as the song says! Is not about music or voices but about your hearts giving praise and love to our beloved Jesus who died for you!
This is the first time I've listened to this song since my mum's funeral last year. I've avoided all the songs played, until now. The ridiculous situation of Josh Groban singing it in a shower was enough to give it a go, and it worked because I was a weird mix of crying and laughing. I know the current situation isn't funny, and I don't mean it that way, its just that its a very upsetting song for me since my mum's passing, and this performance was kind of comforting. The laughing I think was letting go of that pain a little.

I was the same after my dads funeral. My dad's passing was pretty tramatic for me so any song that was played at his funeral or played during his slide show made me feel uncomfortable so i tried to avoid them.

This is one of THE most difficult song to sing, so, it goes to show the power he has in his voice.
If I’m being honest, it’s not that hard, the challenge is that the song doesn’t do well with vocal flourishes, which more singers now think is what good singing is. The song has a natural step up to a crescendo, then a slow wind down. Panatonic is a prime example of great singers fucking up this song by either being to breathy or adding flair where there should not be
This song never gets old. There are so many verses that most only pick three. Thank you for this, Hallelujah is always an amazing song.

I have been fortunate enough to have seen him in concert 3 times. He puts on an amazing performance and is so personable with the audience!! His voice gives me goosebumps.... I am 64.

So many artists have covered this song and there are some great versions out there too. However, I enjoyed Josh's version because it is unpretentious, pure, honest ,authentic and no frill. Sometimes , simplicity can capture beauty to the max! Well done, Josh. This is always a favorite song of mine.

I love your singing Josh, I have always been a fan. I think it is so great that you are doing this for everyone. It is very calming and I like that many of the singers are doing the same. We should have more singing in the world and music. We get too busy and caught up in our lives to appreciate the good things in life. This is a terrible thing that we are all going through, but when people come together in good ways to do good things it is awesome!! We might even look at life differently now, and be more appreciative of everyday things and family including our brothers and sisters all over the world. I think a great song would be Don’t Give Up On Me. I saw a great video of Andy Grammer singing “ Don’t Give Up On Me”. I saw it on Facebook where he sang it with PS22 Chorus . It really touched my heart.It especially hits home with the health care workers that reach their hands out , holding people’s hands while they are fighting for their lives. And they don’t give up on you! That holds for many families too! God Bless

Anyway even If Josh sometimes mocks his shower songs , I have never heard the „Hallelujah „ ( L Cohen), which is not as gentle as it sounds in terms of the lyrics, so gentle, so Intimate, so beautiful as here by Josh Groban! It‘s been over a year and the magic is still working ! The empathetic accompaniment on the violin makes this song special !👍👍
