Last night I saw Andrea and his daughter Virginia perform this song live and it brought tears to my eyes. Andrea is a blessing to this planet and I will forever cherish seeing him in concert. This concert was one of the last to check off my bucket list!

OK, the man is blind. He has to memorize every word - half of them in a language foreign to him, and he's doing all of this while playing guitar and singing an octave higher than the melody's written. He's a miracle.

@Matteo bocelli I really loved how she started singing- softer and he then joined in matching her tone and power, then it was his time and he just was so overpowering with that magical voice. What an absolute master! Lord willing, I will see him in concert before he retires.
My soul soars every time I listen to the heavenly voice of Andrea Bocelli and now with his precious daughter and his son also being so talented I get a glimpse into what the heavenly music will be about. The difference between Andrea and all of the other tenors is that Andrea adds warmth. The other tenors in history got it technically right, but Andrea just has that extra something and it's warmth. It's like he feels it more and it shows!
I had a privilege to assist at the concert of Andrea Bocelli in Seattle. He was singing this song with his daughter, watching this reminds me like I am at the concert back then.
My mom and I just saw him in Detroit last month. He and his daughter, sang this song together. It was so beautiful! It brings me to tears. Many people don’t know, but when Andrea’s mother was pregnant with him, she was put under tremendous pressure to abort him. She had suffered appendicitis, and the doctor didn’t know she was pregnant when he had applied treatment. When he found out about the baby, he told her the child would be disformed, disabled, would probably die at birth and she needed to abort! She refused. She said she would love him no matter what! And because of her strength and love, Andrea has touched the entire world with his talent, his voice, his music! But not only that, Andrea’s daughter and son are alive too. If Andrea wasn’t allowed to live, we would not have any of them, and they are all beautiful, talented, singers and musicians! God bless that mother’s unselfish and unconditional love! ❤️
I saw him a few years ago in Berlin - he is great. Yes his voice is not as "goog" as other tenors - but he sings like a human being, warmly, with heart, not like al tenor-machine.
The man is incredible. Oprah singers are great, but he has that tone, that different style in his voice, very rare. Never will there be another. God bless

She was pitchy at times - which is to be expected at her age! - but performed quite well overall! That's not meant as criticism; merely observation. I enjoyed watching and listening to this, but I wouldn't put this in my playlist to listen to in my car, etc. It's just not that great of a performance. Which is okay. She has plenty of years ahead of her to grow her vocal skills. 😊

I have never been into opera but my wife loves Andrea. I took my wife to see him live in Seattle. I have to say it was the greatest concert I have even been to. It is truly difficult to explain just how moving and emotional of an experience this was. Then to top it off singing with Matteo and his lovely daughter Virginia. This very song was and still is extremely touching. This family is amazing.

I saw the live concert yesterday and it is one of the most beautiful performances I’ve ever seen. It was worth the money. Even though it was virtual, I felt like I was actually there watching Bocelli. I’ve always been a big fan and felt so close to him through this performance. It will remain in my memory forever. ❤️

it was amazing live. I will admit I though at first that this was spontaneous because of him saying he never plays guitar other then when on the beach and now so a bit bummer he didnt have a unique moment at any particular show (and that it was scripted) but yes the show is definately great.

My daughter and son bought me tickets as a Father's Day present, although Andrea's concert wasn't for some months still. Had it to look forward to for sooooooo long. On the night, very emotional, listening, singing, crying and clapping - and concert hadn't even started - that was the vid clips showing on screen beforehand. Wonderful amazing evening. Even my children, who don't listen to this kind of music, were touched and affected and enjoyed it all.

Definetly the best tenor of all time. So much emotion in his voice. Playing guitar while blind is outstanding and then to top it off with such a beautiful rendition with his daughter. Stuff of angels. I saw him live in lreland and l have to say as a rock and roller, heavy metal fan it was the best concert l had the pleasure of attending. The hair stands up on the back of my neck when l just think about it. A true gift from GOD.

I've watched this probably 30 times since I saw them sing it live in Pittsburgh, PA this past Saturday night. Gives me chills every time. Andrea and Virginia, you have amazing gifts and your voices have brought me comfort many times over the last years when things have gotten tough.

She was pitchy at times - which is to be expected at her age! - but performed quite well overall! That's not meant as criticism; merely observation. I enjoyed watching and listening to this, but I wouldn't put this in my playlist to listen to in my car, etc. It's just not that great of a performance. Which is okay. She has plenty of years ahead of her to grow her vocal skills. 😊

I have never been into opera but my wife loves Andrea. I took my wife to see him live in Seattle. I have to say it was the greatest concert I have even been to. It is truly difficult to explain just how moving and emotional of an experience this was. Then to top it off singing with Matteo and his lovely daughter Virginia. This very song was and still is extremely touching. This family is amazing.

Definetly the best tenor of all time. So much emotion in his voice. Playing guitar while blind is outstanding and then to top it off with such a beautiful rendition with his daughter. Stuff of angels. I saw him live in lreland and l have to say as a rock and roller, heavy metal fan it was the best concert l had the pleasure of attending. The hair stands up on the back of my neck when l just think about it. A true gift from GOD.
