ARMY just voted this as the song they (we) most want to see performed live, for a Run BTS episode. The members were totally surprised, but RM promised at the end of the episode that they would include it in a concert. I can’t wait! I love this song so much. 💣
I'm from India. So even if they do perform I don't get to see in person. But I definitely wanna watch them perform it live and shed my happy tears to their vocals 💜.
@@iamsherlocked875 ep 144, in the last few minutes of the episode - A couple of them said now that they know ARMY wants to see it, they have to do it...and RM said that they would take the survey results into consideration in planning future performances.
RM stated in a VLive that this song is for ARMY, the words are talking to ARMY. The song is about all of the pain and sadness that ARMY feels behind the cheers and how BTS can't turn a blind eye to it. They know that their music has literally saved people's lives and RM doesn't feel worthy of such praise. They encourage us to keep sharing our stories with them and promise to keep singing for us. They promise not to stop being there for us. So, yes, it is meant to be a comforting so for ARMY. Also, keep in mind that the BTS light sticks are called ARMY bombs. The bomb emoji you wanted us to put is very appropriate, but I'm on my desk top and don't have emojis on it.
This song speaks to my soul....RM cried when he writes this song (alongside with black swan & we are bulletproof: eternal).can you do BTS we ae bulletproof:eternal? It’s so emotional
This song changed my life. I was just starting my BTS journey when I heard this song. I didn’t have any background on it… but it hit me. I know it can mean a lot of things, and they never really explained it. But to me, the moment I heard it, I broke down. To me, it’s about depression. People always tell you to “smile and think about positive things”. So you tend to just keep your depression to yourself. But BTS sees you, how they see that quiet sadness. How it’s louder than bombs. How they too suffer at times, but they will not tell you to hide it, but that they encourage that you keep fighting it. How you should not give up your life. I broke down and finally talked to my mom about it. How it’s been something I’ve suffered with but been hiding it because everyone doesn’t understand it. And this song also gave me the strength to seek help.
Every song of BTS is so amazing 👏💜 1. Magic shop 2. We are bulletproof eternal 3. 00:00 4. Whalien 52 5. 134340 6.House of cards 7.The truth untold .............. In short every song
💣 Once you jimin you can't jimout! 🤣 Jimin is the best, his personality is just wonderful and he is so talented. I don't know him personally but if you ever start looking at Run BTS or any of the other content.....You will both understand why we love them so much not just music but for the amazing people that thay are.
This song is so beautiful. Since this song and the last has brought up the hardships they've gone through, I think it would be great for you guys to eventually react to some iconic videos on their hardships or the rise of bangtan. You really get to see more of that side of them as people and just the pure genuineness that pulls people of all ages, genders, and nationalities, from all over the world. Loved the commentary as always!
The reason why I subscribed to your channel is because of the rawness and authenticity of your reactions. I like it that you don't research the context of every BTS song you react to prior to the recording of your videos. Although the stories behind their songs have been published here and there, it's refreshing to get different interpretations from different people. And you guys do that so impressively every time. So just continue what you're doing and always have fun! 💣
This song soothes my soul alongside Jimin's Serendipity and Jin's Epiphany everynight before going to bed.. Hope u guys will find time to watch it.. Thanks And yes speaking of Halsey..omg she is BTS's bestie..they even gave her a customized mic same as theirs.. And Halsey gave them a friedship bracelet... This girl will fight all the haters for the boys..
this is one of the huge favorites of armys along with Paradise, and the boys were so surprised to know. it's my dream to hear it performed live one day. Doggo's chilling cute at the back 🥰
BTS & ARMY went through 3 really hard years of hate an Mistreatment, we fight together, we endure and created this wonderful Bond, which is difficult to understand for non ARMY'S. That's why ARMY is SO protective. In those times RM Understood all the insults they receive in English, and he told the members líes and changed the hate comments for only good ones. He as a leader left with all the pain.💜💜💜
💣 I am Dope old people Army, 65 year old grandma and have been Army for 8 years. I love watching you slide down our rabbit hole. Suga’s The Last is the song that resonates with me the most. I enjoy watching your reactions very much, They are intelligent and always respectful of all seven.
From what I understand this song is for Army. I could be wrong but I’ve read a few things about how since the beginning Armys have gone up to the members pouring their hearts out about serious things that they’ve helped them with and this song represents the fact that they’re aware of this and continue to be here for us. The Army bomb is our official lightstick and it shines bright during concerts but they can see past that and feel our pain and sorrow and they’re ok with it…they chose this path and they too share our pain. They want us to speak ourselves and they’ll continue to listen. It’s why it’s so heart wrenching 💣
No ARMYs didn’t “go up to” members but for years wrote letters telling about their lives which Namjoon carried in a satchel with him when he traveled. Also there used to be a fancafé for Korean & Japanese ARMY where fans could write about their difficulties in life. Of course they wrote to all members but especially to Namjoon who said he cried thinking of this when he wrote LTB. It was quite a burden for the young BTS and they sometimes wanted to run away from the responsibility. They began to recognize the sadness in the cheers when they perform. But in Louder Than Bombs they renew their comments to only sing to ARMY and to hope for happier days. This is the follow up to 2!,3!
FYI: Troye Sivan co-wrote 'Louder Than Bombs' with BTS. As always guys, I love your reactions Keep up the good work y'all do. Released on: Map of the Soul:7 February 21, 2020 “Louder Than Bombs" appears to be symbolizing the loudness of bombs to two things: pain and success. In the first chorus, BTS say how they go through a significant suffering, described as breaking louder than bombs. Throughout the song, they describe how they hope for better days and then leading into how they will fight against any hard times while accepting it as they chose to be artists. They begin to develop confidence as can be seen and they’re no longer afraid and will not run away anymore. The song ends with BTS saying how they’ve taken the pain and fear and after accepting it and moving past it, they’re now singing louder than bombs with confidence and determination for even greater things to come.” - Genius
This song is just pure genius in every way. Their voices gel magically together. It’s that kind of song that if you take the time to listen to it really carefully it will give you goose bumps. I cannot wait to see them perform this live 💜
On one of the latest Run Episodes they found out that this is one the fan favorites. They talked about performing Louder than Bombs when they can have concerts again.
i don't mean to invalidate an interpretation of the song, but the "ah" written in the lyric video is not the "awe" you are talking about. this content creator just decided to write out this vocalization instead of omitting it; they are two completely different words. The reason i don't think there's any room for full misconception (the song being about the fans vs a relationship) in this song is jungkook's first line: "it's now become clear, the unfamiliar shadow among the cheers" to me this makes it obvious that this is a song about the fans and/or the group itself. Theres no harm in going through a song a second time if necessary, bts has many songs that take a 2nd listen to understand the full message
I went into this blind with you. Their voices gave me goosebumps. Jin's voice kills me tho-he reminded me of their Come Back Home cover. Not sure if you've already seen it. It's so good! I didn't know who Seo Taiji (original artist) was then, and it turned out he's the Father of Kpop. Seo Taiji invited them to perform in his 25th anniversary concert. And it was like he passed them the baton. If you like, you can watch the cover and the concert in your own time, but the rap line slayed that cover! The concert too! All the seven held their own against the GOAT. Hobi, especially. It was so fulfilling seeing them on a stage with a legend. I also only watched it for BTS, but I ended up staying the whole 2-hr rock orchestra. Absolutely glorious. Came out of it researching everything about Seo Taiji, too.
Thanks for your wonderful reaction. The noise is originally loud. Whether it comes from inside or outside of BTS, their beautiful harmony will eventually beat every noise. They promise to sing 'louder than bombs' forever at the end of this song. I believe they will keep this promise.
This song really speaks to my soul. It really personal to me. I listen to this song on repeat to feel comfort. In my opinion, this song is like breaking into the noise that is in my head and reaching out to me. The other day I listened to this one song for 34mins just to relax and center myself away from chaos 💣💣💜
💣 The whole album Map of the Soul:7 talks about the growing shadow. What I love so much about the album is the journey they take you on from the first to the last track. It might be worth to check out the whole album. You guys also crack me up, I did get the Jimin reference 😂 If you really want to torture your wife you should watch Jungkook’s My Time (make sure it has the dance break). They performed those two solos in a row trying to kill the whole ARMY dead at their online concert. It was amazing. 😘💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
you guys are just so great.💣 I really appreciate your thoughts on all these songs I love so much. I am of the belief that songs, (any art really), is meant to be open to interpretation. every piece of art, every song, every story, etc, has its original inspiration and message, BUT art is special in that it has a life after it is released into the world- it is supposed to mean different things to different people. that is the power of art/music/literature etc. It's wonderful to know the context of a song that the artist intended, but the enjoyment of it, the way it is treasured and absorbed into a person's life is more important-- that's where the immortality of art lies. 💜 I love to see your first impressions of a song. Thank you! 😊
I only discovered BTS 8 months ago. Previously I always questioning why Army is so aggresive, sensitive, and tend to overprotective towards BTS. That documentary of BTS hardship really explained a lot. Now I become army and I also become very sensitive whenever people insult BTS 😃. Every song BTS released, always had reason and background event on why they released it.
FYI, interstingly enough, this song was released proximately the same time with a collaboration song between Suga and IU called EIGHT. Some ARMYs, and I, myself strongly think that LOUDER THAN A BOMB have a paralel message with EIGHT. It aims to criticize bullies and hates towards KPop idols, including BTS.
KPop singers often become victims of cyber bullying. Sulli, Goo Hara were the examples. They were mocked by netizen for being "ugly", "untalented", "weird", and "unpopular". BTS were friends with them. . .Jimin's and Suga's lines say that regardless to all the haters, they will sing srill louder than a bomb. . LOUDER THAN A BOMB has never been performed live and does not have an MV. Only the audio version that is available in Spotify or iTunes. BTS held several concerts on Map of The Soul:7, yet as far as I know, surprisingly LOUDER THAN A BOMB has NEVER been sung live ever in any of their concerts. . Some ARMYs have an assumption about the reason why this song has never been performed live; because it is TOO SACRED, and it aims to respect their deceased friends. Nonetheless, I believe that it is impossible to sing LOUDER THAN A BOMB live since the song is too dark and hauntingly depressing.
Omg i've been requesting this song constantly lol. I just woke up and i see the notification😭 I'm so so happy you reacted to this😄 "Paradise" next please please!!
I love that the rise of bangtan series not only gives you the best insight into bts but it also gives you a good background on the korean culture and music industry. Will def give you better context behind their lyrics 💣
I think your explanation is ” awe “ (pronounced “or “)awe is when you are in complete devotion or look up to someone or something , just as you described, and “ ah”is a sound that you make when you understand something. As in “ah l see.” ( pronounced “are”) . In this song the word ah makes sense .
I hope you react to Jin‘s epiphany and Jungkook‘s my time, since you already did solos from the other members. Jin’s epiphany helped sooo many people, because of the message and Jungkook‘s my time broke the internet, because of his charisma and the performance 🤣 So I hope you can watch the performance of Jungkook from the MOTS ON:E tour as you did with Jimin‘s filter. If you do, then you should watch the ones with the dance breack, which is sadly most of the time cutted. I also highly recommend to watch Jin‘s epiphany live.
yeah bts is pretty big on this - their songs are written in such a way that you can interpret it in more ways than one. absolutely agree that it can be about love - a love that's turning quiet due to sadness - that the silence is louder than bombs. and then a reassurance that even in darkness, you're not alone. but also, yes... it can be that the motivation is louder than the hardships. and yes, bts and army relationship vs trials. so many ways and i loved your discussion, as always! i agree again cos it's the same for me. i like coming in with nothing and analysing on my own before i dive deeper and do research - it just broadens and deepens my attachment to a song. "you nice, keep going!" 💣
please react to bts hardships 2013 - 2021 by xceleste i know youre taking suggestions from discord but this video will help out so much more in visualizing everything and seeing how the music is so much deeper besides us just commenting it
Bts is so different from other groups. They're not just boys who managed to fulfill the dream of artists, but they do their work with passion, sing with passion, dance with passion, and it's something I only feel about them. By the way, I don't mean to say that bts are better than any group, but they make a difference by putting such deep meaning into their songs. The passion for what they do is noticeable and I'm just proud to be fans of these wonderful boys. 💜😭
💣 I completely agree with your wife, they really hold their vocals with strength while dancing and what not. Even though I’m a rap fan, their vocals are really something else 🥰 With the whole ethereal feel you might enjoy ‘We are bulletproof Eternal’ But I would like to suggest BTS’ ‘hip hop phile’ lyrics video too 🙈
Rather than asking for context from fans or 3rd parties, I think it would be awesome if you could react directly to RM's own review on their own song. RM does this for every album, and they are available on Vlive, but I am linking a YT version someone uploaded, and right where Louder than Bombs is mentioned. You will get a lot more context hearing it from him directly: ua-cam.com/video/vhhBBTJSByM/v-deo.html It's perhaps less than 10 minutes long? And he frankly talks about the production process, and some behind the scenes stories of how the song came about, and what it means to him.
💣 Louder than bombs, I laugh…8:44. These unfiltered moments you give us (if u know, u know), but more so, the sound of your laughter, followed by mine…they really fill me with joy! 😆🤗 A few more things…as you know, I spam with long comments, instead of multiple ones. 😝 ~ Watching your blind reactions is like experiencing BTS again for the first time, whether one’s been an Army for 3 mos or 3 yrs. I truly appreciate this approach! ~ I can see you guys scrolling over all the requests that contain pre-context like bye 👋, bye ✌️, nextttt! ⏭ (i don’t think pre-context is an actual word, but I think you get me 🙃) ~ When Harry Styles released “Sign of the Times”- that had an ethereal feel to me - I know it sounds crazy oblivious, but I didn’t know how to explain that feeling when I heard it in music. Then, a friend described ethereal to me as airy and dream-like, akin to floating on a cloud, like Ziah said. This song does the same to me. 😶🌫️ I just love you guys and I always feel like I’m with a friend when I’m with you. 🥸😈🤪😂🥰
Love this song, love your reactions, every day I found new BTS songs and I love all of them. Please react to 1 2! This is another song written for ARMY after a very rough year, full of attacks and bullying towards BTS and ARMY. It became an anthem. And is beautiful.

This song is from 2020. It's about the reality of their success and stardom. People are jealous of their success and tell them all this money and fame should make them happy
They considered disbanding, I think...in 2018. They were at an awards show and when they won, the members were very emotional, starting with J Hope. When Jin came to the mic, he stated that it had been a difficult year for them and they had considered disbanding.
Okay, now I'm a subscriber here tho I checked a few reactions already of you guys but I must say You two are the funniest reactors & I'm loving it in betwn some serious interpretation & literary cracked me up as well @7:52 that's JIMIN's Effect tho I understand😛🤣🤣 I'm waiting for your reaction to JIMIN's Serendipity" & Lie" Live Performance if in case🙏 As JIMIN said You nice keep Going💜 Thank You🙇

“Louder Than Bombs" appears to be symbolizing the loudness of bombs to two things: pain and success.

Exactly. Oh how I wish them to look other than those lyric videos' low quality lyrics...
yea, I think the 'ah' is more of a cry of pain, I wish they read doolset lyrics afterwards, this lyric video isn't that great
This song is so hauntingly beautiful 💜💣💜
Exactly the words I would use.
Louder than bomb make your heart shakes idk I could feel that

Some ARMYs have an assumption about the reason why this song has never been performed live; because it is TOO SACRED, and it aims to respect their deceased friends. Nonetheless, I believe that it is impossible to sing LOUDER THAN A BOMB live since the song is too dark and hauntingly depressing.
Omg i've been requesting this song constantly lol. I just woke up and i see the notification😭
I'm so so happy you reacted to this😄
"Paradise" next please please!!
Please react to the rise of bangtan series! It's incredible!
That series is amazing...
I love that the rise of bangtan series not only gives you the best insight into bts but it also gives you a good background on the korean culture and music industry. Will def give you better context behind their lyrics 💣
Yes. The rise of Bangtan helped me so much to know and understand them. It's wonderfully done. Every Army should watch it.
💣
🐶🐶💤
doggie just awaked once at 8:33 and changed to a more comfortable position then continue sleepingㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Ah - you nearly made me spit my tea out 🤣🤣🤣🤣
💣Your dog napping in the background is so cute
One of my favourites and it shows every single beautiful voice up perfectly! Yes, I listened to the end.
I think your explanation is ” awe “ (pronounced “or “)awe is when you are in complete devotion or look up to someone or something , just as you described, and “ ah”is a sound that you make when you understand something. As in “ah l see.” ( pronounced “are”) . In this song the word ah makes sense .
Right. Koreans don't have the sound awe
I got so excited to see you guys uploaded 😊 love your reactions
I hope you react to Jin‘s epiphany and Jungkook‘s my time, since you already did solos from the other members. Jin’s epiphany helped sooo many people, because of the message and Jungkook‘s my time broke the internet, because of his charisma and the performance 🤣 So I hope you can watch the performance of Jungkook from the MOTS ON:E tour as you did with Jimin‘s filter. If you do, then you should watch the ones with the dance breack, which is sadly most of the time cutted. I also highly recommend to watch Jin‘s epiphany live.
Definitely agree that epiphany is best as a live performance
they already did jin and jk solo
The dog was trying so hard to get some sleep 😍😍 that soooooo cute it's a beautiful calme dog .
I love your reaction guys keep going 😍
love this very underrated song! 💣
That doggo in the back is so cute sleeping the video away 😂
One of my favourite BTS songs - I’m looking forward to this, thank you 😊
ohh my God..atlast u reacted to this incredible song..I really love this song..thier vocals here are all heaven😘😘Next bulletproof eternal🙏🙏
Bombs... that word is scary. but unexpectedly added value to the song.
yeah bts is pretty big on this - their songs are written in such a way that you can interpret it in more ways than one. absolutely agree that it can be about love - a love that's turning quiet due to sadness - that the silence is louder than bombs. and then a reassurance that even in darkness, you're not alone.
but also, yes... it can be that the motivation is louder than the hardships.
and yes, bts and army relationship vs trials.
so many ways and i loved your discussion, as always! i agree again cos it's the same for me. i like coming in with nothing and analysing on my own before i dive deeper and do research - it just broadens and deepens my attachment to a song. "you nice, keep going!" 💣
This is straight up about ARMY. It’s telling both themselves and us, the fandom to be strong. They’re just so caring, so so caring.
please react to bts hardships 2013 - 2021 by xceleste i know youre taking suggestions from discord but this video will help out so much more in visualizing everything and seeing how the music is so much deeper besides us just commenting it
You're right we've been requesting them almost since their beginning of BTS's journey but it seems that they only react to PATREON 's requests 🤷♀️
💣 your dog smiles when you guys laugh
Love your sweet dog sleeping on the coach 😊 💣 💜
this song really makes me cry 💔
Bts is so different from other groups. They're not just boys who managed to fulfill the dream of artists, but they do their work with passion, sing with passion, dance with passion, and it's something I only feel about them. By the way, I don't mean to say that bts are better than any group, but they make a difference by putting such deep meaning into their songs. The passion for what they do is noticeable and I'm just proud to be fans of these wonderful boys. 💜😭
💣 I completely agree with your wife, they really hold their vocals with strength while dancing and what not. Even though I’m a rap fan, their vocals are really something else 🥰 With the whole ethereal feel you might enjoy ‘We are bulletproof Eternal’
But I would like to suggest BTS’ ‘hip hop phile’ lyrics video too 🙈
We appreciate you guys also! Great reaction love this song 💣💜
This song is the most voted for the song that ARMY wish them to perform live, this song is beautiful
Thank you so much for this video
💣💣💣
It is such a beautiful song!!! BTS has lots of amazing, high quality and meaningful songs!!! Love them!! I love yalls videos!!!
💣💣💣💣💣💣💜💜💜💜💜
This is one of my favorites.
Rather than asking for context from fans or 3rd parties, I think it would be awesome if you could react directly to RM's own review on their own song. RM does this for every album, and they are available on Vlive, but I am linking a YT version someone uploaded, and right where Louder than Bombs is mentioned. You will get a lot more context hearing it from him directly: ua-cam.com/video/vhhBBTJSByM/v-deo.html
It's perhaps less than 10 minutes long? And he frankly talks about the production process, and some behind the scenes stories of how the song came about, and what it means to him.
💣💜Love the reaction, guys!
💣 Louder than bombs, I laugh…8:44. These unfiltered moments you give us (if u know, u know), but more so, the sound of your laughter, followed by mine…they really fill me with joy! 😆🤗
A few more things…as you know, I spam with long comments, instead of multiple ones. 😝
~ Watching your blind reactions is like experiencing BTS again for the first time, whether one’s been an Army for 3 mos or 3 yrs. I truly appreciate this approach!
~ I can see you guys scrolling over all the requests that contain pre-context like bye 👋, bye ✌️, nextttt! ⏭ (i don’t think pre-context is an actual word, but I think you get me 🙃)
~ When Harry Styles released “Sign of the Times”- that had an ethereal feel to me - I know it sounds crazy oblivious, but I didn’t know how to explain that feeling when I heard it in music. Then, a friend described ethereal to me as airy and dream-like, akin to floating on a cloud, like Ziah said. This song does the same to me. 😶🌫️
I just love you guys and I always feel like I’m with a friend when I’m with you. 🥸😈🤪😂🥰
💜💜💜💜 We appreciate you so much!
Love this song, love your reactions, every day I found new BTS songs and I love all of them. Please react to 1 2! This is another song written for ARMY after a very rough year, full of attacks and bullying towards BTS and ARMY. It became an anthem. And is beautiful.
Wife reveal and reaction!!! Omg yes!!!
Louder than bombs is one of my faves 💣
This song is from Map of the soul 7 which came out in Feb 2020
Thank you for your amazing reactions as always💣
ARMYs didn’t “go up to” members as some are saying, but for years wrote letters telling about their lives which Namjoon carried in a satchel with him when he traveled. Also there used to be a fancafé for Korean & Japanese ARMY where fans sometimes wrote about their difficulties in life.
This song is from 2020. It's about the reality of their success and stardom. People are jealous of their success and tell them all this money and fame should make them happy
Fantastic reaction!!! Love your thoughts as per usual 💣
Love this song and love your reaction, as always 💜 Keep going guys! 💣
My gahhhd! I can't wait to watch this live!!!!
SUGA's verse is so short, but so good. I always have chills because of it
FRRRR i love how raw and honest it is,,,, loved his verse the most
Suga always got so short lines but always soo good
They considered disbanding, I think...in 2018. They were at an awards show and when they won, the members were very emotional, starting with J Hope. When Jin came to the mic, he stated that it had been a difficult year for them and they had considered disbanding.
💣. Interesting as always. Good till the end!!
I love this song, I often listen to it before I sleep 🤗💜
