Good morning, I want to thank you for the easy way you explain each of the answers step by step and the pleasant way you do it, you have been very helpful to us again, thank you
This was great, thank you so much! I would add in that the appointment letter may have different requirements than listed. The embassy for my partner asks for transcripts and W2s, but this list does not include W2s. I would advise to read the instructions well for the embassy you will be visiting in case they need something not listed here (in fact at this embassy, they asked for nothing else but to include transcripts and W2s)!
Thank you very much, very useful. The information regarding how to file the I-134 was very helpful. I was looking all over for info on where to file. Thanks for clarification that the beneficiary is to bring the form I-134 with him/her to the interview.
Can I ask-- is the audio at 11:27 a mistake? I was wondering why you answered N/A to Part 4, questions 1-5 but then say to add a signature at question 6, Beneficiary's signature? Thank you so much for your videos-- we submitted 129F following you to a T and received NOA1 one immediately after.
Your video is great !!! Very helpful & cleared up alot of confusion! The instructions that come with the form are a little vague! thank you for making this video!!!
My fiancé was approved for an F1 visa and sceduled the interview, where they will present the I-134. I am retired, taking social security and also have an online business. My tax returns show under the poverty limit because most of the social security is. not taxable. However, my social security statement shows income well above the poverty limit, and I do declare and pay taxes on my online gig. We also have substantial bank accounts.
In regards to the beneficiary that brings the form to visa interview - Is it crucial to also accompany the declaration with proof of income like paystubs, tax return, & bank statement. Thank you for sharing great details to understand
@@SurajandYasmin The problem with the list on the instructions for the form is that they are unnecessarily vague - they say 'any of the documents listed that apply'. It's obvious that you don't need a list of all the serial numbers of your bonds if you don't own any bonds, but the other items are not so straightforward. For example, the bank letter is only needed if you are self-employed, or if you are listing money you have in the bank as part of your assets. Conversely, the list does not actually mention pay stubs, bank statements or W-2, but a lot of people bring these as extra evidence anyway.

@@SurajandYasmin I’m so grateful you exist, believe me ❤️you are a blessing. Also may I ask you if you received the approval or still waiting and when you started? Thank you so much
I just graduated college and wasn’t able to work much and make much money as a student. I was told I could get a joint sponsor who can fill out the I-134 and provide all of his evidence along with mine.
Will a W-2 classify as a document you can use to show you have the means to support your beneficiary accordingly instead of the tax returns since basically the same thing your tax return will have on it your W-2 will as well
So I have a couple questions regarding the support for evidence at 13:54. 1.) The total amount deposited within the last year, are they wanting to see the last income you've received from your job? Which would be the last week of December, right? 2.) It states the date and nature of employment. Does that mean my employer has to print out pages of my job history and my job responsibilities? I'm a bit confused regarding what that means. 3.) Afterwards you then state that they need a statement from your employer regarding your pay and such. Does the employer have to type out a statement or is this something that you'd be able to access online through a work portal or something? It also mentions salary pay but not hourly pay. How do we state that we're getting paid by the hour and not salary?
What a clear information you had provided. I had questions about financial Declaration, I had my total income of $21000 a year from past few year with 1 dependent child but i have more than $90000 in my account with some assets as well. Should I need find a co-sponsher form for my Fiance or not for the interview?
On line 21, My lawyer had selected I do NOT intend to make SPECIFIC contributions to support beneficiary. She explained that is because for K1 we are getting married there is nothing specific that needs to be divided and explained shes to be my wife, you should not expect to only support fiancee until they can support themself as you will be one. Also, income should exactly match your previous years tax returns.
I think it depends on the embassy to an extent. Apparently the US embassy in London, UK has rejected I-134s where the 'do not intend' box was checked. They like you to make a statement similar to the one in this video, and put your current income as the amount. I'm very confused about your lawyer telling you to use your previous year's tax return as the figure for your income. Your current income might be be substantially different to the one on your previous years tax returns, so it wouldn't make sense to use the old amount, especially if you are making more money now. I agree that the 'specific contributions' wording doesn't really make sense, but the whole form is worded really awkwardly.
Thank you; your video helped me so much. I got NOA 2, and my fiance's brother wants to sponsor him for financial support. Is there another form to fill out? I don't know what to do. Please help me. thank you!

Thank you for the helpful video. For Part 4. Statement, Contact Information, Certification, and Signature of the Beneficiary (if filing Form I-134 on his or her own behalf) Question: In your case since you, as the petitioner are the one filling it out, you put in N/A and your beneficiary did not sign or date that section, correct? I ask because although your form showed N/A you spoke about it as though you filled it out even in your case where the petitioner is the one filling out the form.
What we decided to do was have the beneficiary NOT sign the form but instead put N/A in those sections and only have the petitioner which in our case will provide all of the financial support sign the form
@@FredConte-z7lso the petitioner just sign there part? The part where it’s asking for beneficiary signatures just write N/A on the signature & the date?

Hi, Part 4 says if beneficiary filled the form the information should be filled and the beneficiary needs to sign. Do we need to write N/A there if petitioner is filling the form? Or do beneficiary still needs to sign the form?
hi there! I was wondering at around the time 11:25, you say that we should add the beneficiary's signature and date, but you wrote N/A in both of the fields? So do we not actually have to put it? Or should we leave that space blank so that they can physically sign it in ink themselves?

Hi, I filled out the form pretty much the same way as you did. I put NA for the beneficiaries signature. She said she has to sign. I thought she didn't have to. Does she?
If you're the petitioner and filled out the form, then she doesn't have to sign it. I believe it only said for the beneficiary to sign if they filled it out by themselves
@S.Y_K1VisaJourney that was my understanding too, but someone she knows said they filled it out; idk. I told her to watch this video again lol. Thank you!!!
9:06 do you put N/A for number of dependents or 1 (myself)? I saw on another video where the guy put 1 for Total Number of Dependents. Thank you, this is very helfpul.
Fantastic video! Thank you! Do we need to submit a letter? I’ve heard from several people there is a letter that should be submitted explaining why this person is coming to the country?
hi thank you for this just a quick question for #14 Income Contribution to the beneficiary is that my fiance's Annual Income - gross income? Or taxed income?
Is there allows to be 2 financial sponsors because I just started working this year $1440 a month and roughly $200 or something with SSI, am I allowed to have both me and my mom sponsor the financial? Or can it only be 1, I don’t have any tax papers or anything like that, so I fear they might reject her at the interview because I’ve heard some places reject people for having a joint sponsor.
If I have a Son that doesn’t live with me but lives with his mom but I also split claiming him on taxes would I put him down as an independent or no on the financial information?

@@SurajandYasmin I can't find your videos on the change of status after the K-1 journey. Can you share the link with me?
Hi,
Part 4 says if beneficiary filled the form the information should be filled and the beneficiary needs to sign. Do we need to write N/A there if petitioner is filling the form? Or do beneficiary still needs to sign the form?
did you find out?
@@darinashams if i recall correctly, i (beneficiary) left that part out.
hi there! I was wondering at around the time 11:25, you say that we should add the beneficiary's signature and date, but you wrote N/A in both of the fields? So do we not actually have to put it? Or should we leave that space blank so that they can physically sign it in ink themselves?
I would like to ask the same thing
Let me first say how helpful this video is, you are doing a wonderful job for people like myself that finds it confusing at times. Thank you so much for your videos. God Bless you 🙏♥️
Question: so I’m doing a K1/K2. Do I need to sign up 2 I-134 or I just add both my fiancé and my step son to just one?? Anyone who did k1/k2 before can answer. Thanks in advance
Okay, I'm embarrassed to admit it but I'm super stressed out about this process and I'm going to begin watching your video to learn more.
Honestly it's a difficult process... we have no law or legal experience but we did a lot of research and managed... I promise if we can do it.. YOU CAN DO IT! ☺️🙌🏼
3 minutes into the video, I'm feeling more calm. You two are godsends 🥹
@@SurajandYasmin @SurajandYasmin Your video was incredibly helpful. I do have questions though. I'm going to require a joint co-sponsorship with my I-134 and I'm not sure how I do that. I understand I'll fill out the form and also have my joint sponsor do the same. Do we need to explain this in the form to clearly illustrate that a joint sponsor is required?
I believe they'd fill out a I-134 form too and provide supporting evidence too
@SurajandYasmin Do I have to provide evidence of not making enough or is it implied by needing a joint sponsor? Thank you so much for replying back to me.
What PDF Reader are you using because the one that I use I can’t edit certain fields and ask me for a password owner. And THANK YOU for your videos I’ve been following all your steps since the beginning
We used the preview app which comes with a MacBook. But you can always print out the form and fill out certain fields by hand that you can't type out.
Excellent video. Thank you 👏
Thank you so much for your videos. They’re really helpful. Can you please give instructions on how to fill the form if the petitioner needs someone else income to meet the requirements? Which form to fill and how to fill them if possibles
Thank you so much
thank you for this helpful video!
Thank you for the awesome video sharing. This helps a lot. God bless you . May I ask you, do I need to download the 1040 form and fill it out to file? Or can a citizen go to a local RS office or tax service center in person and ask a staff member for a 1040 tax form? Thanks for your time.
How did you assemble your proof of relationship for the i-129f application? could you show us an example of what you did?
Sure! We can upload our visa packet! : )
Great information !! Thank you
Very helpful, thank you so much ❤️
Need HELP am stuck on part 3 section 14 do i include my daughter there as well? She lives with me but she dont provide income
Thank you so much for the clear and informative tutorial. Should the petitioner send the originally signed form to the beneficiary or just a photocopy?
Hello! Thank you for the informative video. On average how long after you submit all of your documents to the NVC to review do they send you an appointment for the medical?
Hi, first i want to say thank you for your channel. You are a big help. I just submitted my I-129F form a few days ago and i have been following you for tips. Question for the I-134 is where do i put my second job?
Hi! Thank you for watching! : ) You can put your second job in Part 8. Additional Information
Thank you so much :) Great video.
Great video and thank you for your help and I one question on pat2 the number of dependent If the beneficiary and petitioner has a child but the child is living with the petitioner in US, the child is not apart of the visa process and will not be joining the beneficiary in the US at any time, should the child be added on the form as a dependent?
You are the best!!!!!!!!
We put our gross income before tax.
@@SurajandYasmin noted.. thank you very much 🥰 Love watching your videos very helpful for us with the same journey! 🥰
You can have a joint sponsor
@@SurajandYasminthanks I’m filling this out now our interview is November 21 🙂 finally
what is required 100% or 125%
you're the best thank you 👏🙏
If I have a Son that doesn’t live with me but lives with his mom but I also split claiming him on taxes would I put him down as an independent or no on the financial information?
