Does the copy of the petitioners birth certificate have to be a certified copy? I just realized I sent my fiance a regular copy. Is this actually required during the interview stage? I was hoping the proof during the i129f stage was enough, I think I might’ve accidentally sent them my certified birth certificate 😭

I just completed the DS160 form and sent it to them by email as said in the instructions, but I'm unable to book my visa interview:( I don't know what I'm doing wrong but when I log into the website all I see is my first and last name, and when I click on 'Register your appointment' it needs me to sign in again...

First of all… I would like to thank you guys for doing this. I have followed you since I filled my petition and now on the Ready stage… I filed in May 2024! I felt like the process is going soo fast!!… My question is, my Fiance’s English is very basic and I want to make sure that we dont make mistakes while doing the DS-160 application.. Plus he does not own a laptop (but an ipad) and their internet access is very unreliable in his country…. Is it possible for me to fill this out for and with my fiance?… Thank you.

I check my case and in on transit ,my passport will be expired in 7 months ,what happen if by the time of the appointment is less than 6 months? Will that affect the visa process?
