What you should do is:
Press Win+R
Type "cleanmgr"
select the Windows drive (almost always C:\)
click "Clean system files"
select the Windows drive again
select all the options
click next
now it should be cleaning all temp, win update, recycle bin and other files :)

Actually don't press only Delete at the end. The Delete button will move selected files to the Recycle Bin. Instead, press Shift+Delete which will permanently delete selected files from your computer.
