There is no substitute for physical Ram. Up to and including Windows 7 it was recommended that your paging file size should be 1.5 x your physical ram. Post Windows 7 OS are handled differently and managed by the OS. Page file operations are limited by the data transfer rate (speed) of the mechanical drive, and can in now way speed up actual ram.
Adjusting or increasing the size of a paging file does not necessarily increase your Ram or speed up your computer. It can actually slow down file and program operations by increasing too many frequent paging requests . General rule of thumb is to stick with Windows recommendations.

If you got an upgradable pc/laptop buy physical RAM only take the risk if your pc/laptop isn't upgradable

Can you make a test video on this? Like a 16 gb native ram setup vs a 8gb native 8gb virtual? I would like to see the difference in between, some people say dont use it some people say do do it?
i ever used both physical and virtual ram the fact is 5/10 gb of physical ram is used and 2/10 gb virtual ram is also used in the same time so the use of physical ram is more like priority for the system compared to virtual ram

@@Rolpro_fans i recommend to use this setup because Ive been using it for years and it really makes difference one thing to be notice that your storage Will get hot as soon as the workload reach 50 50 ( checked on mem reduct software ) so do this on your own risk in my case iam using hard disk so ITS not a big deal with temp

Nope, this will not help at all. This has been debunked many years ago.
Let Windows regulate your virtual memory. WIndows knows what it needs. This will not help at all.

IR (installed ram) x 1.5 x 1024
Double this for the maximum
Because you're doing this using disk, the boosted 'ram' won't be as fast as if it were hardware ram. Because you'll have to wait for your disk. What's the slowdown factor? Is it noticeable?
