Your voice doesn't change when you speak the 3 languages. What changes is the speed and the intonation. You have that rich, low voice which is pleasing to the ears.

Anyone who speaks more than one language should be applauded. You speak English with a Filipino accent. I guess it’s because you’ve lived in the Philippines for a long time. I envy the fact that you speak Tagalog very well. I am an American of Filipino descent and I am not able to speak Tagalog fluently. However I understand it 100%.

I just recently stumbled upon your videos and i like your insights..i found this vid that showed you speaking in a Batanguena accent very entertaining: you sounded just like a true-blue Batanguena. The way you speak in English/Taglish reminds me of my former Korean students who also grew up here and thus have acquired the Filipino accent: the way you speak is clearly understood, with just the right temo. To me, your voice sounded husky, not siga or astig. Good singing voice, i think. By the way, I am a Batanguena too, and i am curious where in Batangas you grew up 😀

I don't. I tend to switch the channel whenever there's a "batangueno character" on screen. I can't stand the "ala eh" at the beginning of their every phrase (which is the case most of the time).
I'm pretty sure I've seen her content popping in my feed before but it's the first time I'm watching it likewise, making a comment. I usually dislike watching this kind of content and thought it would be just one of those people on TV pulling up the awful batangueno accent for "cultural integration" but to my surprise, she really has one.
This is just me commending her authentic accent and it has nothing to do with her appearance or with her race. I'm just glad to hear a nonpretentious accent (something I personally find rare on-screen).

Greatly awed by ur Batangas accent...in my case the accent comes out when I'm around relatives who are from Batangas but it switches off when with friends from Manila....so there's a turn on/off switch depending on whim I'm with but there are words that are distinctly Batangueno like "dine" which means here or "ganire" which means this. There are so many words distinctly Batangueno that we are just unaware during conversations. Great vlog Juwonee! 🤗

Like when you're in Korean-mode (and a bit in English), walang paltos or mali yung words.. Tapos pagdating sa Tagalog, ang easy lang and laging naka-smile. Kaya din siguro parang ang serious lagi ng mga Korean and Japanese.

You are an incredible woman with the ability to communicate in English, Korean, and a combination of Tagalog-Ala eh. I was born in Bantangas but I never really learned how to speak Tagalog in Batangueno tone fluently because I was very young when we moved from Santo Tomas, Batangas to Cebu, then Antique, and finally settled in Iligan City. I have been living here ever since and pursued my education from high school to college. Although I identify more as a Cebuano, I am also proficient in speaking both Tagalog and English. However, I must admit that I am genuinely impressed by your intelligence and how well you understand various subjects based on the way you speak. Your speaking style resembles that of an academician, with a clear and articulate manner of expressing yourself. I find it cool how you present yourself and project your thoughts. My opinion: Your English has an american accent, your tagalog has a manila accent and you shouldn't lose your Batanguena accent. There is something about your Batanguena accent that is lyrical, gripping and funny all at once. Gripping in the sense that it grabs the listener and doesn't let go. Reminds me so much of Batanguena Ho. She's funny and is endowed with a great personality. Maybe that's the word I was looking for. Your Batanguena accent has so much personality. I don't know Korean but I speak some Japanese and I put your accent in the same tune. And apparently the amalgam of all these accents has helped in molding you into a very articulate young lady with a very warm and pleasant voice. Not to mention very comely.

    Awesome! 😍
I can speak many languages as well like English, Tagalog (Manila) , Bicol, Rinconada, Iloko and Kapampangan and you're right they have a different tone and intonation.

I have to commend you for your language skills that not very many people can claim to have. You remind me of the time when I was growing up in the Philippines. When we lived in Manila, we spoke Bicol at home which was my parents' native language/dialect. With friends outside, we spoke Tagalog. I also learned English in school from grade school through college and grad school and learned Spanish in college while practicing it with relatives who are fluent in the language. And btw, I don't have the "sablay" but I graduated from the same university before they started the tradition.

OMG your bit on batangas hit my nostalgia because it's so true. Sometimes I'll hear people talking and one of them will be like "BAKIT KA GALIT?!?!?!?!" "HINDI PA GALIT, BATANGAS KO!!!!". Just how they talk and it's hilarious because it's how their intonation is but it ends up being the same way other people talk when they're mad HAHAHAHA.
Love your videos and seeing just how while you're ethnically Korean, because you grew up in the Philippines you're just straight pure Filipina, makes me think Sandara Park since it's the same

*_Hi, Juwon/Juwonee! I really admire and like the way you vlog. It is very enjoyable to watch. You are also funny most of the times which gives us, the viewers, really happy vibes. Very-well explained ang video mo na ito about tones, accents, voices, etc. of the 3 languages you use + 1 dialect (Batangueño). I wish I myself knew how to speak and understand the Korean language so it would be easier to watch my fave K-Dramas and K-Pop songs. More videos, please. And you are so pretty, too. I like you._*

Kudos for learning 3 languages, young lady! Your English is quite precise and clear. Your Tagalog is also clear and actually better than some people I know. Ang Batangueno mo ay tunay! Your voice can be described as "pleasingly low" or somewhat husky. 👍

AHAHAHA ako'y naaliw ih! tubo at laking Batangas ako but have been living in Manila for a long time now. nawala yung Batangas accent ko but I have reacquainted with it and brought it back. Tunay na laging parang babag magsalita ang mga Batangueno AT lagi kala mo'y galit dahil pabulyaw ang boses. para laang mga Ilonggo yaan, yamot na pero napakamalumanay at malambing pa rin magsalita.
