Iain Dennis thanks Iain, and yes it’s still used today. We don’t make polish but we do sell the beeswax. It’s a really simple recipe you mix beeswax linseed oil and pure turps. It’s great for furniture 😊
Danny Spence I like the both of them. Both have pros and cons. Without a doubt buckfast make more honey. But the blacks (AMM) with tend to live longer and cope better with hard winters. It’s good to have both 😊
Great video what kind of hives are you using I never seen them before. I don’t know if we can get them over here in the United States. Would bees winter well in them.
Hi their called National Hives. A much smaller hive than a dadant or Langstroth. Bees in this country winter we’ll on them. But they will be to small for most hot countries with Italian type bees. How hot is it in your state?
Gwenyn Gruffydd In the summer time here it might get up to the mid 90s here and in the winter it gets in the single digits here sometimes. Thanks for the info I appreciate it
