@@LancerX916 You're literally allowed to arrest someone under suspicion and then confirm it later (like confirming on video in this situation). So, idk what you mean by that
I've heard some cops don't pursue anything violent if they can help it, passing it on to other cops to deal with. The ones who maintain their fitness and visit shooting ranges to practice and generally take being a cop seriously. Apparently they don't like the former very much at all.
ive never seen them just let people go... that woman wasn't capable of dealing with him. if he went and did this again after being let go i imagine the victim would have a nice lawsuit against the PD.
One time when I was visited NYC after a day out, I got back to my hotel and there must have been about 8 cops in the lobby waiting for the elevator. I got on the elevator with the sergeant, she told me not to worry, they were there a lot. I walked to my room past the cops who were trying to get some guy out of the room to talk to him. Kind of surreal.
There’s no way they should let that guy go! That’s their job to arrest him. You don’t know what he is going to do as he walks away pissed off. Do your job!
Before finishing the video lol , ima go out on a limb and say he 100% did it . I’ve never seen someone get so upset being accused of something they didn’t do lol .
Since he has a case agent for the monitor, these cops are thinking that it may be easier to allow the case agent handle the arrest. I do not like this decision, but Wisconsin is known for going after cops for their actions more than the criminals for theirs. Just look at the fact that this guy is still free even after a long, violent criminal history as a perfect example.
Based on the front desk girl's description and how Ronald was talking, it seemed like in some weird sick way, Ronald was hitting on her. like "You want this?"
The public: omg why didn't the cops deescalate. Also the public: omg the cops deescalated with a guy with an ankle monitor how dare they wait to get a warrant.
@@willvr4 personally I think they were in the best spot to do it wide open empty parking lot with an abandoned store behind him, with back up I personally would have gone for the arrest. That said I was just highlighting how no matter what cops do it's gonna be wrong to someone lol.

Why does she keep blocking the camera? That's illegal in any state. 🤦🤷 To be fair, some cops do harass to get you riled up so you can get a charge so they can make some money. It happens more than you would like. 😂

Sure, just let him walk away when you had enough officers to arrest him in a controlled environment, to later try the arrest at night in a hotel where you have zero idea if he’s armed or not. Great police work up there in La Crosse 🤦♂️
That man maybe doesn't belong in jail, but he can not be on the street and he NEEDS to be on some sort of mood stabilizing medicine. He's not right.

they know him. He's your friendly neighborhoood cockroach
They had nothing to hold him on. They can't just arrest people for no reasons.
he can get arrested for obstructing and resisting. The police were investigating a crime and he wouldn't comply@@LancerX916

On top of that, he could be going to get a weapon or something like that. It was just stupid not to arrest him at that moment

Dave was saying Wisconsin right 😂
The arresting sequence reminds me of that MadTv sketch of if The Sopranos aired on cable TV, and every other word had to be edited out haha
Based on the front desk girl's description and how Ronald was talking, it seemed like in some weird sick way, Ronald was hitting on her. like "You want this?"
Wow. That dude should only be arrested when there are four large police men.
If he would wack off with the ankle monitor on he obviously wouldn’t care about committing other offenses with it on
Wisconsin is so soft of crime, it's pathetic.
Other than extremely small pockets in this state Wisconsin is extremely safe, so no not really
Ronald Mcfondle remember from that mad tv skit
The cops should have offered him a chill pill before arresting him.
I don’t understand why they’re letting him go either. I’m sure they have tasers.

A lot of people mispronounce Wisconsin as Wesconsin!
