Stalkers are so unhinged and frightening. I had a mild stalker after my husband died. I told him repeatedly that I had no interest in dating anyone, but he called 20 times a day, getting angry when I didn't answer, demanding to know where I was. He was someone I knew from high school but never even talked to him then. I blocked him and had no contact, but I was scared and not what I needed grieving my husband of 23 years.
I know what Dax was saying about certain cultures that really give men an undue sense of possessiveness over women. They feel like if they want a particular woman, then she is their property to do with as they will. It’s disgusting.
It's incredible how the law in most states treat stalking. Statistically these incidents often escalate to the stalker become violent even killing the target. In many states unless the stalker physically harms the victim they haven't broken any laws.
It depends on the nature of the stalking. This guy wasn't arrested for "stalking," but for placing the tracker on her car. If he was just following her around, I doubt he would have been arrested.
I’m a US female, when preparing to travel to another country on business they told me not to smile or make eye contact with men. It would be taken as flirting 🙄
They really need to crack down on these stockers. I’ve seen it time and time again were they get a slap on the wrist or a “please stop that“ from law enforcement
Amazing how Dave has a story on every video. No matter the subject of the video they are watching, Dave always has a story similar to the topic of the video. 😂😂
Yeah. I had to file a temporary restraining order on a stalker that became permanent. Nine months later the perp did something far worse to another woman and was sent to prison.
I was stalked starting just before stalking was a topic, back around 1983. I kept moving and changing my phone number. Years later I realized it was just a habit to keep moving, not listing my number. Family couldn’t find me. After awhle I just was afraid of anyone outside the door or windows.
17:53 I think I’ve seen this guy on Code Blue Cam. Sometimes, when confronting stalker, cops will play it smart like this instance, where they will ask the stalker questions they already know the answer to and hear what the stalker says to see if they’re lying about their No-contact. This cop knows he’s stalking and knows some answers; he’s just asking rhetorical questions to see if the guy is slipping
Just a PSA, if you believe yourself or a loved one is being tracked im not certain if all phones are capable, but androids have a function in your settings that can detect tracking devices near you. Settings> Safety and Emergency> Unknown Tracker Alerts> Scan
Bond is usually 10% of the total Bail. Bail Bondsmen only cover the difference (after fronting the 10%) if the Defendant skips on the bail & doesn't appear in court on the day required. They then forfeit bail. The thing with bail is that if the Defendant has outstanding fines or fees, those will be taken out of the 10% before refund to the surety. The surety may not get any money back! Don't bail anyone out if you think they may skip out. You'll lose your money or on fees & fines!
Y'all are right on the money with the cultural thing. I've seen so many cases (and have had my own creepy experiences) with men from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa where they act very forceful and entitled. It's so weird to me that they'd think that Western women should act like what they're used to in their own country. (They even do it when you're both foreigners. For example, I'm an African-American living in Japan, and they still act that way here even though it's neither of our homes.) So, they can adapt to other things but we women should be like what they're used to at home? No. And that's no shade on them or their countries as a whole, nor do I have hate or xenophobia towards those people, but you cannot try to treat/treat women from other cultures like you would your own, namely if it's in a negative, domineering way. They need to stop.
Daz is 100% right about it being a cultural thing with the first guy. He honestly doesn't think he's doing anything wrong despite being super creepy and possessive. My only question for the girl, is why are you still hanging out with a guy you filed a police report against years prior?
No contact order, they are not even allowed on the victim's street or anywhere near their work place. So just driving past is breaking the no contact order. They are very strict with them here in the US.
Ginger Baker on the left seems like he always does the most talking, and always veers off into unrelated tangents. He doesn't strike me as being the sharpest cheese in the dairy case.
That last guy will be dealt with in prison. Messing with kids isn't tolerated, even among criminals. Just put him in general population and they will handle the rest.
It's not a question of if a girl gets stalked... Its "what age" a girl has her 1st stalker or 1st SA. Every girl. Just like getting our 1st period as girls, we *will have* a first stalker. There's the "period" talk and there's a "stranger" (stalker) talk.😮💨 My 1st stalker(m36), was at age 13. My 2nd stalker at age 14 (m14). Same guy found me 12yrs later and got hired at my bar as a bouncer, while I was out on vacation. Now at 43, I can only hope he's given up.
an abuser isn't really trying to figure something out. they want their presence imposed, and they want to change a person's behavior. it's a power trip.
Sounds like the first woman was sleeping around with a couple guys. The guy said he placed the device last time they went to the hotel and she was going to another hotel that day so he probably got jealous. He's still in the wrong but the girl might have been playing him
Dude probably thought she was his because they hooked up once or twice, or even worse, maybe she was just nice to him as a friend. If they ain't dating, its none of his business.
usually these people drum up all sorts of paranoid ideas to justify their own bizarre behavior. or maybe it's the other way around, like a chicken and egg situation. either way - the man here is sick in the head.

Wonder if he has any stalkers in prison, lol
For Ramesh to do that on a student visa from India. He just lost his right to enter the U.S again!
Indians i have noticed to like to pull the " I am a student" or "I am from good family sir" probably carries some weight in India
a week in jail... and they wonder why women don't report. when a week later they'll be back out, and with a vengeance

Just within the last few weeks in New York a man was caught stalking a women by constantly flying a plane over her house

the last one wasnt a stalker ,he was a predator who should have gps on him 24/7 after he gets released.

cops can go in your phone even if you throw it in water. if you murdered someone they even try to recover your phone if you have burnt it
Yeah, a little smashy-smashy ain't gonna help him out at all!
They do not need the phone, the information is still held in full on the phone companies systems
"From other cultures"... We know what you mean, and I 100% agree
Narration seams to be done by text to voice AI, second incident was in La Crosse Wisconsin (yes another one ) and voice over said L A cross
Dont dance around it. Those women-abusing cultures are medieval and there's no room for understanding or tolerance of them.
My stomach hurts thinking about the victims of this kind of entitlement!
Cops say it is not unusual to find porn and other sex related things in a meth users residence, due to the drugs effect on the brain's pleasure center
