Do you think it is the best formation in football? Also could please explain about important attributes for each players to make this formation work perfectly, such as CDMs , do they should have high work rate in attack and defence or low attack and high in defence or one of them must be high/high and the other low/high , Additionally lb & RB must have h/h work rate or what ? One of THEM must be attacking fullback and the other normal fullback has high defending work rate , I hope you can explain about this formation to know how its play style? Many thanks ❤
Then the other team plays boomball and your outside backs are not in good position and your center backs get put into bad situations forcing them to leave the middle. Outnumbered in the middle cause great scoring chances. Hate it for younger players.
