Until I started watching your channel I never knew you could use the bed to walk your truck back or forward, I even seen once someone do it with the wheel lift. Good ideas to use instead of always getting in and out of your truck to move it

I’ve found that skates are harder to put in and remove. I can add or remove my blocks by playing with the pressure on the winch.

Gotta love police rotation, 75% of the time, the vehicle is a huge pile of crap nobody ever comes to claim.
We don’t get stuck with junk too often, but even then you just take them to court and settle up.

I've been watching too many towing videas. As soon as you were about to drop the front of that truck, I asked myself if it would be easier to remove those front chains while it's still on the truck. I bet it lands in a puddle. Yup!! 😂😂😂
I do that occasionally but try not to get myself under it while it’s still on the bed. God forbid it slips or rolls, and I’m gunna get hurt. Not as big of a risk of that when it’s on level ground.
@Towtruck_Dustin What made it so funny is that you yourself even said (in the video) that you probably should have taken the front chains off while it was still on the truck. Then you also said that it was in a puddle. I absolutely would not want you to get hurt!

New to your channel and I’ve been binge watching, so far I’ve watched about 90 of your videos. I’m trying to understand the lingo and wanted to know what are you talking about when you say “police rotation tow”? By the way, you come across as a caring and respectful employee and job well done. It’s kind of strange doing your cleanups that you pull the debris to yourself instead of being behind that type of broom, so you can see where you’re pushing the debris to where you want it to go.
Here, when the police request a wrecker, they go by a list of all the towing companies in town that are signed up to tow for that department. It goes in order to keep things fair, unless the driver requests their own tow truck.
What does it take to be a tow truck driver
Depends on the state. But in Texas all you need is a valid class C driver’s license and a tow operators license for the kind of towing you’ll be doing.
