Do you know if youd still need VCDS if you're replaceing the canus with one with the same part number?

I would say it’s a possibility
Mainly if the features of the car is different from yours
From the video the section where I’m just ticking the settings I had from my old canbus, it’s basically what features my car has.
IF you pick a canbus that’s the same model/part number but from a different car. I’m guessing that would cause issues.

It would definitely make a bit of space with the seat remove
But still the canbus gateway is VERY awkward to get too. 😅

@@WhatThePun I remember doing my MK5 GTi all them years ago, I used words I never knew exisited then thought afterwards about removing the seat :D

Actually I need to remove the seats for a deep clean at some point 😂
