Excellent. I had no idea of this adjustment when on low my flame was going out. You saved me a call to technician. Thanks a million. I love UA-cam

An adjustment for the adjustment. Great video. Didn't know those existed. Guess that's how they get each burner to said BTU outputs. Really it's a low flame adjustment.

Thank you sooooo much for this! My landlord just bought me a new gas stove and I couldn’t get the flame to go lower! So everything cooked too fast, or it burnt. So thank you again!

Very helpful but my GE burner valves don't have those adjusting screws yet all four burners have a low flame even at highest setting. The stove is four years old and like new. The oven works fine. Unfortunately I bought it this way and so I don't know the history. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have the old model of GE profile gas stove with downdraft cooktop. It appears my gas stove head is one piece and I cannot remove the cap like you do. There are two side screws to remove the whole base inside of the cabinet. I cleared each hole with alcohols rub and needle and it still doesn’t work. Is there an easier way to fix the stove heads?

Is there a rough rule how low a burner can go? For example 3kW can be turned down to 0.3kW.

Seems like there’s no screw inside my valve stem, it looks exactly the same as in video & online manual says to do the same thing, but there’s no screw grip or tightening…any tips?
