Lucky guy. My dad would never fish with me. Drove me to the Jax Beach Pier when I was a young teen a few times, then just sat in the car and waited while I fished. Perhaps didn't want to pay the $2 fee then. My sons won't fish either, preferring their devices.
Thanks for watching for Whiting I like a number 6 long shank hook and for the Pompano a number six or number for kale hook. If you go to Strike Zone on Beach Boulevard they have a great selection of pre-rigged are you can look at those and make some yourself. Good luck on your next trip go get them!
No they have a real good white meat on them so you don't have to for fish like that flounder red and black drum but I do bleed out things like Pompano Bluefish sharks if I was planning on eating those. Thanks for watching good luck on your next trip!

I'm a very lucky man to have fished so many times with my father. Thank you for watching I really appreciate it
Sir... I'm new to Jacksonville and I just went to the pier this weekend for the first time. What size hook and what kind do you use

You don't bleed them out first?
