Renowned musician Paul Masvidal (Cynic, ex-Death) joins me for this special interview/discussion as we uncover common interests in Mindfulness, Cosmology and Extraterrestrials. The conversation leads us into his intimate thoughts and feelings about the creative process, mindfulness in music, spiritual inclinations and intergalactic investigation. We cover a plethora of subject matter ranging from Tibetan Buddhism, Ancient Mysteries, UFOs and current affairs. There is a lot of sharing and tips on overcoming difficulties in life, having an open mind & open heart, exploring unknown territories and applying meditation/mindfulness practices in everyday life.

"A renowned guitarist, songwriter, composer and international touring artist, Paul Masvidal is best known as co-founder and frontman of Cynic. Masvidal has also released music with groups, Death, Aeon Spoke, Onward with Love, and most recently a series of conceptual solo albums, titled 'Mythical Human Vessel' where he experimented with brain entrainment as a therapeutic modality. Masvidal has also written and performed music for television and motion pictures through Still Motion Music, the Hollywood-based composer collective he co-founded.
