Then we will bake our Oats Banana cookie with nuts and raisins for dessert, also to accompany our jeera millet rice we will cook Yellow Moong Tadka Dal. And lastly, we will make a delicious and healthy sauteed vegetables.
    All recipes in this video are vegetarian, can be easily made vegan with very little modification

    Sir do teen bimari hain to kashayam kaise peeye bcoz har bimari ka kashayam alag alag hai plz reply aur kashayam ke kitni der baad hum green juice ya Ash guard juice pi sakte hain

      I will suggest, Whatever problem is bigger or at root , start with those kashyams.
      There is no harm in drinking green juice after a significant gap

    Mam ye air fryer kaisa hai .....usme oats tikki acche se crispy and ander tak pakk jati hai kya
