Very Low, Low, Medium, High correspond to the graphic presets which are available and which can be modified in the graphics options of the game.
TAA = Temporal anti-aliasing. (Automatically enabled in graphics options).
AMD FSR = AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution is a scaling feature that increases your FPS (must be enabled in graphics options).

IGTI = Insomniac Games Temporal Injection is a Anti-aliasing and scaling functionality to increase performance. (like DLSS and AMD FSR)
If you have an AMD RX 580 your performance will be slightly higher. If you have an AMD RX 570/470 your fps will be slightly lower. If you have an AMD RX 590 your FPS will be a little higher compared to the RX480.

I overclocked the Ryzen 7 5700G to values ​​that should normally be achievable for everyone. I advise you to do it also it will allow you to gain some FPS.
I used Ryzen Master software with PBO + CO + Auto OC except for RAM overclocking I did it in the bios.
I have an entry level motherboard but I don't use the stock cooler.
