42 fps on low seetings and balanced FSR? damm, really thinking in just getting the processor and not any vido card to cheapen mine first pc

I have the same iGPU in my 4800H and it's really showing its age. Struggles on everything besides 2D games like Factorio. Would love to see how this can be compared to the new AMD 890m GPU in modern AAA gaming. Would like to see new videos from you, are you still doing UA-cam?

I have the exact hardware except for the RAM which is 32GB instead of 16GB. Would be right to say that for having more memory the game would run better?

Let's all take a moment to recognize CDPR - after they fixed most of the launch glitches and rolled out Phantom Liberty, this game is so well optimized that's it's even playable on the ancient Vega 8 iGPU at 1080p!

Hm, I have the same iGPU on my laptop's 4800H but it runs D4 much worse, even with FSR. Talking about 20-35 FPS on 1080p low + FSR , and with 4GB VRAM allocated to the iGPU. I suppose the fact you have a desktop part + overclocked RAM (which as I understand greatly boosts the iGPU) made all the difference.

Stopped by to thank you for the video with an excellent soundtrack. I also have an RX480, though I recently acquired it used and am running it on Linux. D4 went from unplayable on my old RX560 2GB to very smooth on the 480....seems that the 8GB of VRAM makes a huge difference. PS: the video timestamps are wrong....0:00 takes me to 15:53 for some reason.

Man thanks !! I don't see people benchmarking SWTOR very often. I wondered how playable it was on modern integrated graphics before being tempted as a back-up PC (I have a B350 ITX board laying around + my main PC which is AM4 too). I remember back in 2012 I discovered the game and ran it on Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics in an Asus K500VD (i5 3230M, crappy Geforce 610M 2GB dedicated gpu). Big progress since considering that the game is heavier now than back then. The Intel integrated graphics did only ~14-18fps at most in 8-player operations (lowest setting but the texture quality up to intermediate, otherwise it was very painful to watch xD) I remember 🤣

The 5600G & 5700G are amazing. I feel like the latest APUs are a bit of a regression, even though they have much higher overall performance. But, I'm glad they are finally out and being reviewed. Wow the vulkan has been beaten intresting,like 2 to 3 fps cool dx12 is cool now. But 1% low still have the vulkan holding it.

This is the first game ive tried to run on RyuJinx and i cant seem to get past the opening scene. My system is a Ryzen 9 7900X, DDR5-6000, XFX 7900XT. i followed several guides very closely on getting it all set up initially but the stary screen and opening scene stutters terriblly and the command window shows " GPU threading too slow. Waiting on CPU" Ive tried multiple things on and off but no luck.
